This song is actually called Tsumi to Batsu (Crime and punishment) but yes, Kyo indeed spells it with the kanji for Mitsu to Tsuba (the other way around) Maybe that title also makes more sense then Honey and Saliva

it's called Mitsu to Tsuba because it's a play on words; yes it's a play on Tsumi to Batsu. But the actual japanese lyrics refer to honey and saliva, so the title does make sense. (they're also very violent lyrics about rape)
