Well if you ask me i LOVED both Kim Possible and Danny Phantom bt KIm is better by lik an inch bcuz she was a grl saving the world 24/7 and was a student yea sure danny was to but he dint go anywhere other than Amity Park and Wisconsin while Kim went to Hong Kong Tokyo etc so yea also Kim had way cooler friends than Danny..Ron Rufus Monique and Wade beat out Sam and Tucker and Bonnie was way worse than Paulina and Dash so yea Kim Possible wins

Considering that Danny has the ability to go intangible and control people and what not, I may have to give the match to him. IF Wade helps her though, he could probably easily look up and replicate the Fenton's own anti-ghost gear, making the battle Kim's. Of course, If Danny has his robot suit, not even Kim's suit could match that, and he wins.
