  • I have an Artisan 810. How do I get rid of the "cartridge not recognized" error message. I have tried reseating, powering off for 24 hours, etc... etc... etc.... Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give me.

  • @mlwillmann try replacing the ink cartridge or if you use cis try replacing the chips!
