@Luger718A1 eSATA will do the job, I'm sure he has a PCI bracket. USB3.0 is pretty shit anyway to be fair. The implementation of most controllers are pretty crappy, they're hardly faster than eSATA or even FireWire 800 in all the tests I've done with them.
