@TheGeckoPanda start with physical conditioning. its important because you will need it for overall resistance and to aid you. find videos of vaults and tutorials on stuff like cat leap or muscle up. and just take it form there. everything in your path is somethi ng to train on. theres always a way around things.

Some of the best rhythm and flow in tricking sequences. You think they're about to land in a way that wouldn't let them get up fast but they use their creativity and momentum so well so flow right into the next trick same sequence. Several times I was thinking after the first trick of a sequence that if they continued it was going to look forced and awkward but they surprised me every time and killed it. Awesome vid awesome creativity and flow.
