I'm trying to be more of a friend like the characters in this show. It just seems that as a whole, our society is losing it's good people and being replaced with greedy, selfish degenerates. Forget trying to get rich! I'd trade all kinds of meaningless fortunes for the great friends and family that are depicted on this show. I know these characters are fake, but they give me something more to hope for. I try to be different from society and find meaning in my life, like they do in this show.

The 90's went by way too fast....Now we live in a real-world-idiocracy where everyone I knew is trying to be either a rapper, gangster, or just all around douche-bag for pay. Everyone only chasing money so they can escape the trials of everyday life. It's all about the paper and just "doing you". As a society we forgot that our trials make us who we will become, and this show teaches that. It shows that you can also be a great friend. God, we're so selfish now. I want friends like these guys.

@Entrepinoy707 - I was a 90s kid, I grew up watching BMW from the beginning, and seasons 1-4 were the best, season 5 was good, and seasons 6 and 7 were kind of bad, the show became like a TGIF version of Friends. I never liked Angela - she came out of nowhere and was all of a sudden everyone's best friend, the whole marriage thing was ridiculous - I was never a fan of how they rewrote the history of the show and Cory and Topanga were in love since the age of 2, Eric and Jack saved the show
