I have to disagree with the comment above and completely agree with Joe. Not trying to start an internet fight here but the largest majority of clients will simply want to lose weight, be toned, have more functional strength and be healthy.
Once someone has the proper foundation full body / multi joint movements allow for greatest functional strength to be built and for the greatest hormonal release that triggers fat loss.
In addition kettlebell training provides variety to boring workouts
I do believe that kettlebells' weight are not necessarily important, instead, it's all about the range of motion and connecting and empowering all the muscle groups together that works on the exercise; actives one group while streching the opposite.
BUT; 49 kgs on each arm? I gotta give it to you; that is some impressive form you have!
There is always gonna be a next level on everything and/but not everybody should go on to the next one; but I'm sure they're always gonna see YOU up there : )
