I recently watched "The Exorcist" again and to be honest I'm not a fan of it, actually I think it's pretty overrated. I'm a huge fan of Friedkin's "The French Connection" though. They finally got it right though by releasing both versions together.
Grindhouse is only on Blu? I don't think I like that...

@QKS72 thanks! it was $25 at best buy, it'll probably go up in price soon. as for the new features, besides the trailer stuff, there is Robert Rodriguez's 10 minute cooking school, the makeup effects of planet terror, the hot rods of death proof, and from texas to tennessee: the production design of death proof.

I just did not like the 2000 "Director's Cut". In adding this crappy footage, so much was removed from the initial fear. It was just overtly unnecessary. Friedkin made several statements that the 2000 cut was for Blatty.

@HalloweenCreek i'm not suprised he said that. the scene in the 2000 version where regan is sitting in bed and they used CGI to show her teeth (w/ missing lips?) and her eyes colored green or something... it just looks awful. u r so right makes it less scary. i know right!!!
