Minneapolis police especially are completely worthless. They are either out of control crazy like this video, don't show up when you call 9/11, and ALL act like they have a chip on their shoulder and are ready to pounce at any moment. I moved here from Detroit and they had better police than Mpls. Mpls cops are crap! I have no idea what the requirements are for employment but it can't be very high.
