is it a full system or slip on? if its a slip on its most likely an air leak where the slip on clamps on to the header. if theres an air leak it causes it to backfire and pop at high rpms, but wont hurt your quad.

Yah and I was for the record referring to the camera and I myself am a fan of repacking but some people say every 24 hours of riding thats complete bull. We dynoed my quad after I repacked it and we dynoed it again after 45 hours on the meter and I lost .1 hp and 0 torque so now I have 70 hours on it and we are going to do another after the snow clears and I will probably lose very little once again but I am going to Pack it again soon.
