You're pretty much there: good work and great strength. I just started with these and have found that I have to practice to get the proper form and to develop the accelerated power to rocket the bells up. But you, you are just about to leave the launch pad.
wasn't too sloppy....when you said sloppy, i imagined dangerous sloppy, but gj, great reps. i am consdering adding these into my next program. I've never done them, but i was wondering if you'd recommend doing it w/ clusters?(5 sets of 5 singles.)
