I just love it when IO n00bs call mixed-arms games like PoE n00bish. PR is for fools who can't deal with vehicles, like to mass at one or two flags at a time, and like to take half an hour to get anything done. Check the 5 to 10 minute respawn times on vehicles. PR is practically infantry only for much of each round. Enjoy your walk to the next flag.

What would be the point of anti-air missiles if everyone could spam flares? The kit only has a pistol, so their combat ability is really limited to fighting aircraft.

Well maybe dropping one or two flares at a time would be more realistic, and more fun. And the whole idea of having unlimited flares is just dumb. Perhaps carrying about 20-30 would make more sense. And since pilots can't fly above 1000 ft, there needs to be a reason to use longer range SAM systems in game (SA-6,11).

lol, that "something" was his teammate's jet. They also crashed into each other right above me at about 42 seconds into the video, but I didn't get hurt. I'm not sure if they were the same pilots, but all of this footage is from the same round.

in total-war (PoE2 tourny)we had 4 guys with the SA-7's and 1 guy has support. Needless to say when helicopters game they didnt make it out :( Jets we killed half of the time it was awesome :D I love the SA-7

Some pilots fly in circles because they think an enemy jet might be causing the the lock-on warning created by my AA launcher. It just makes it easier to kill them because they mostly stay within range. :D
