"So Fine" was written by Johnny Otis ("Willie and the Hand Jive", "Hound Dog", "Every Beat of My Heart") and was originally recorded by The Sheiks on Federal Records.
Yeah, and I was a greaser with a black leather jacket with a gazillion zippers, smoked Luckys and had a rat tail comb and drove a '46 Ford (Paladin) with scavenger pipes.
My daddy is Eddie Morris, and I'm proud to be his child. He was very talented and so are his children. Dad you will be surely missed. I love you, your baby girl who loved listening to you and the group singing, while sitting on you knee.
@oldermusiclover Thomas Bullock ,my dad died in 2002,my uncle Eddie Morris died a couple of years before him, My uncle George Bullock is still living and as far as I know Randy and Sam are too
Heard this while grocery shopping today. the store plays oldies and I love going there just for that reason alone...Mom & dad introduced me to this wonderful oldies music when I was a young boy. I have never forgotten how wonderful it makes you feel.
danced to this at burn's run on lake texoma along with bo diddly. what sweet memories. you young people today should make such memories. no drugs, booze or anything but great music, a love for each other and a desire to make this a better life.
Thanks for uploading this song, I remember so well as a teenager. The record labels in those days fascinated me. This one is really cool.

I was 10 years young when this song played on the radio, and I remember it like it came out yesterday. It's the kind of song that sticks with you.

I wish I could go back in time and
re-live those days. We didn't have
much money, but we had great
music and old souped up cars. No
one really had a care in the world.
We just had fun, and created alot
of wonderful memories.
