I got one part straight-that's VGSplayer. But dude...please let me know how to make custom songs in it! also, that song som ehow reminds me of metroid.

people are just hacking it but it's called the VGSplayer. google it also that song was from Mega Man X for SNES and i think it would be dumb to use game music like that in guitar hero
