@domolover123 You could get it off Amazon or Ebay. Just be careful - sometimes there are stolen phones on there and if you buy one, you'll be out of money when you cannot activate it.

I have a problem. I had this phone and the screens in and out went black. Because of this the cell phone store couldn't see the screens to find the settings/usb to transfer my phone numbers. HELP! I didn't have it backed up (I thought I did!) and lost over 500 numbers. I had it set up with the menu as postage stamp...with the 8 blocks stacked four over four. I know settings is in the bottom right hand corner...and I think USB is 9...but where to go from there?

The small black square in the upper left hand corner of the phone , I looked on the phone [I have it] and I kinda glared it toward the light and it looks like a very tiny camera . A lot of glare on the screen. Less lighting will help in the future. Also - don't keep your passwords unencrypted anywhere, not even your computer hard drive. There are a number of programs and websites available to help. If you have to have them in an easy access file, try to use letter/number combos that will stick with you and only type the first letter as a reminder.

@Yaklich Lol i am definitely. I've been reading reviews on the intensity 2 on verizons site and apparently it sucks just as much as the first one. The only ones that like them are the teens getting there first phone , Then they say it's amazing. Well only if you like pocket dialing, missed texts and calls, It not ringing when you get a call . And the crappy camera, and the lack of video capture lol

I missed a class! great) and also how it wouldn't even playback video, and the LG I had before the Intensity had flash too which this thing didnt have. Oh, and a bunch of ringtones/music I put on my microsd card beforehand now suddenly show up in this older phone... awesome

@Yaklich I had the pocket texting too. Or better yet, i had it pocket dial itself into three different menus once and even had the problem with pocket dialing onto the internet. Most people complain about the battery life on the env touch but they never mention how much they're on it. If you're on it all day and browsing the internet you're going to drain the battery quick.

@queenanne91 First you have to download a driver, then when you plug it in it will come up with your other drives in my computer, then it's just a matter of dragging and dropping. I will send you a direct message with a link to the driver.

@pixiestixcara in my opinoin the enV touch is better because u have a qwerty keyboard as well as a touch screen while on the chocolate touch u only have a touch screen... also the camera is better...but thats just my opinion...hope it helped =)

@Meadej24 No, it doesn't suck. The only thing I heard a lot of complaints about are that the battery doesn't last a long time. Many people that are making this complaint are coming from a flip phone so it is a radical difference. As long as you have a wall charger and a car charger you should be fine.

@Meadej24 Well the battery does suck but dont worry you can go through a whole day and it wont day (unless your heavily using it like mobile web which takes alot of battery power) i absoluetly love this phone...i came from the samsung alias so i got a better camera (the camera is just awesome auto focus makes it amazing) and a bigger keyboard (much more spaced than env3) i really dont have any complaints but i have pocket dialed people it happened maybe three times but great great phone.

@cellphonesrock76 The main difference is the QWERTY keyboard. The Choc Touch is only Touchscreen. If you can deal with that, you might as well get the smaller, slimmer, newer phone...The Choc Touch.

All of the batterly life charts Ive seen show that the EnV Touch has a better battery life.

In all aspects, youll be upgrading by getting this phone.

this was so helpful. I got mine about 2 weeks ago and am finding out new things every day. Just found out I can use my SOUNDS as a ringtone directly. My other ENV i had to send it in a picture message and THEN save it as a ringtone. I have so many that ive downloaded for free(limewire) that i could have a different ringtone for everyone in my contacts
