It's a cover of a Bob Dylan song off the album (suppossedly to do with the break up of his marriage, although he denies it's autobiographical...hmmm). You probably can't get it on a Lambchop album, this is likely to be all there is of Kurt doing it. The Dylan album is great however and Bob's seventies stuff (very country) is meant to have influenced Wagner. It's worth checking out.
