  • Wow, that ladybug doesn't look like it will be short on food anytime soon. The plant is near smothered with aphids...big ones at that. I've never seen an aphid that size; it's almost as big as the ladybug eating it.

if you look at the bottom of Ladybugs they look like cockroaches.

  • I hold the copyright so with my permission, it would be legal, I think. I can't imagine it not being legal but then again, lots of things are different than I imagine. You do have my permission to download it. I am in the process of emailing it to you but it's 7 or 8 mb so it will take forever to send and for you to download, I think.

  • I am new to youtube and am not even certain if you can or are supposed to download clips. I wouldn't dare want to do anything ilegal. Are you sure it is acceptable and, if so, do you know how it is done? Thanks so much!

  • Please feel free to download the video. I'm glad it will help. ~Edith

  • My daughter is creating a power point on ladybugs and would love to include your video if possible. Do you mind if we download this video if we give you credit?

  • Take that garden pest!

  • Yes, the yellow bug is an aphid. It's an oleander aphid. In the US, there are no male aphids of this species in the wild. The females give live birth to babies. Pretty cool - we have green and black aphids here too.

  • that is not an aphid

  • Gosh it's so slow! Like dracula in slow motion. And the aphid isn't squirming at all... seems to even like it! Thanks for the video. It satiated my curiousity to see how ladybugs feed on aphids.

  • nice one lol in liverpool we call them ladybirds

  • upclose it looks like aliens verses predators, and the predators r winning.

  • wow great quality video. Looks like you have a good population of ladybugs

  • Excellent vid. Well done
