try to train with flippers and do as many meters as u can...also work separately ur stroke and ur kick...when u can do 400m fly (without flippers) u will be more than good...

Unfortunately he's not a swimmer as we can see in this video, it's strange to be as confident as he is... he doesnt give a real tip to swimm butterfly but just repeat convenient and wide spread ideas about swimming you can hear wherever you want!
