Asparuh was not Khan or Han, and the title is not in the end of the name but in the begining and it is "KANASUBIGII" and it means "put from the god". Also it is already proofed that Apsaruh, and his father Kubrat were cristians. thats 100% proofed. Bulgars were and still are Indian-Europian from Iranic group. All this speculations about Turkic origin are comunist propaganda, based on false proofs.

kansubigii? such a name does not even exist in history books, not even in google. type in asparah khan and you will see what you get namely 'Khan of Bulgaria'. what does it matter if they are christians or not? what a stupid arguement to use that he was indo-european since religion has nothing to do with ethnicity. gagauz turks in moldova and the chuvash turks in russia are also christian, who cares? trying to say that bulgars are iranian is actually propaganda not based on scientific facts.

type it in bulgarian language and you will see that it exists. \i dont know how to write it in \english. anyway... yes it is correct that religion is not connected with etnicity but,... also Turk is not etnicity too. thats how chinese called all people who attack the empire... like Rome put barberians too that are not romens and greeks put thrakians to all who dont speak greek language. barberian,nomad and turk is just synonims. bulgars never were nomad ppl.

I can give you many proofs about my theory, with real sources and scientific prepared text, not wikipedia, which just.... well in Wiki , you can see for example, who did won the first Football championship, but you cannot trust it as a source for histroy facts. there is a simple rule - proofed from 3 independent, different sources, to be a historical truth.

That's not entirely true. The very word Turk was in the form of Turuk when first Turuk people appeared. It meant either "the created ones" or "the ones given order" according 2 2 rival views. Turuk was never used as an ethnic name, it was not a noun. It used 2 be an adjective defining the citizens of Kokturuk empire whose population is consisted of many steppe peoples. What "Slavs" are you talking about? There were 3 big Bulgarias in Europe: Volga Bulgarian Empire, Ukrainian Bulgaria (Great Old Bulgaria) and Balkan Bulgaria. First of all, Volga Bulgarians are not Slavs. Secondly, there EXIST NO pseudo "Slavic" ethnic ppl on this earth. And Balkan Bulgaria is NOT Slavic. There exist NO Slavic language.
