Kind of a stupid question. But if a character has no powers but has a lot of weapons like say punisher or batman for example is he still eligible? In essence special abilities count as a power right?

@Whichjuanz Yes. BUT there still has to be some clear effects even with a non powered character. The loop holes I leave in each theme is where your creativity should be tested...

It's a good thing that the effects department is being emphasize this round, just noticed that on the first round most of the people that got eliminated got really low score from the effects department, ranging from 0-2. Hope that the judging department will be better this round.
