  • its pretty cool how these stages were set up though.

  • where does the keypath at 1:57 go? also i'd like to tell you, you can play these roms through the hombrew channel on your wii by useing the SNES9X GX App.

if you have the 4.3 update beat super smash brothers brawl then download smash stack, note: as far as i know and i could be wrong you must beat the entire game to have custom stages and that's where your smashstack comes in..

google the rest. trust me. or youtube it.

  • lol wut?

  • I'm not a TASer myself, so I can't be sure, but wouldn't it be faster to take the secret exit route of Turn Block Bridge? That way you could do one less level overall, and skip Underwater Gauntlet completely.

  • Wait... What?

    ...I didn't know that! Oops!

    I guess I should've known more about the game before making a TAS of it... o_o;

    Time to redo. D:

(Oh, and I really like your hack! It seems to stand out from other ones. I don't know why, though, haha.)

  • Wow! How long did it take you to do the second castle room? o_o

  • It took me about half a day. :D

I wanted to make it so that the screen would never scroll, but apparently, if you go too high, there's this "invisible ceiling" that seems to get in the way...

  • Another nice TAS, well done. How long did it take you to master wall jumping etc because I cannot seem to do it even with x20 slowdown.

  • What usually helps me is frame advance, not slowdown...

Frame advance allows me to move the game forward when I want to. By varying Mario's jump, or distance towards the wall, I can (sort of) make wall jumps easily.

  • Oh I see. How do you get frame advance to work in znes because I set it up but I don't know how to use it? Probabily an easy answer but i'm rather stupid :P

  • I'd recommend using SNES9X, but if you want to use ZSNES, it's called "Incr Frame," under Config and Speed. I hope that helps!

  • ...Oops! I didn't read the question correctly...

To use it, press the button you signed it to while holding one of the "controller" buttons. You can't see it, but what you pressed will probably interact a few frames later once you press the button.

Do you get what I mean? I'm not sure I explained it well. =(
