  • my question is who the fuck wrote the captions. shit doesnt even make sense, sounds like somethin koko the talking gorilla would say

  • This is great, but they shouldn't have seized assets from the local Bank of America, they should have just gone to the CEO Brian T. Moynihan's house.

  • Karma is a bitch!

  • Like a boss!

  • that's exactly what would happen to you when you miss with rich people

  • The family and the lawyer < ------ my new heroes

  • wow.. great job guys!!

  • Im sure alot of you that watch the young turks arent rap fans. But when they said they were taking the banks assets, and the cops were on their side, the only thing that came to mind were Plies lyrics "You wont rob me, But i might rob you, Cause when you see me, You gon see my goons" sweet, sweet justice.

  • Westhost is a Trojan Horse company!! It's like a Rockefeller backed entity which gets our bail out money!! They are designed to destroy U.S. business and commerce!! They could even do your hosting for free!! They just have to put up some kind of fake b.s. Price to be 'legitimate!!!. They could care less about you money!! They already get it- bailout money! These are hard core monopoly people and they're out to destroy the real U. S. Economy!!!

  • TheYoungTurks finally made a vid that matches description. .

  • Money Talks & Bullshit Walks

  • ooooooo dear...that's awesome

  • Super!

Niemals aufgeben und für sein Recht kämpfen.

  • 13 people worked in that bank...

  • @morelibations

So? millions of people are being forced out of their homes by banks like Bank of America. Who should I have more sympathy for? The people working int he bank or the millions of families that are being forced out into the streets

  • @morelibations

So? millions of people are being forced out of their homes by banks like Bank of America. Who should I have more sympathy for? The people working int he bank or the millions of families that are being forced out into the streets

  • @Pheebz1991 i agree....my girlfriend works at a bank (a local city bank) never recieved bailout money.....nationwide banks are the problem, they're so corrupt. Local city banks and federal credit unions are the way to go when watching your own money in safe hands....fuck bank of america and citi

  • @Pheebz1991 I was mocking the 13 people who disliked this video...

I was trying to give reason for why anyone in their right mind would thumb it down.

  • Just lawyers fees and no damages to the owners.......WTF lawyers win again.

  • This story makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside every time i hear it.

Justice may be blind, but she has very sophisticated listening devices.

  • The story itself of the couple foreclosing on the bank is obviously pretty amazing (to say the least), but imagine what that did for the lawyer's reputation. The Daily Show ran a 10-minute bit on this story, and said that the family had gone to about 25 attorneys who all turned them down. This guy who accepted the case had only been a lawyer for 8 months. What a way to start your career...

  • I think the people who disliked this are the banks employees. They lost their desks, drawers, ect. Bank of america, go find a long sharp metal rod and fornicate yourselves.

  • Is it weird that i have a hardon??? ITS ABOUT FREAKIN TIME FUKC YOU BANK OF AMERICA, IM NOT GIVING YOU THE 116.34 I OVERDREW THREE YEARS AGO

  • why would 13 people dislike this?

  • bank of america now charges 12 dollar a month on its basic checking acount

FUK that Bank Of America Closed my Acount after 7 in the last two years my acount went from 4.95 a month to 8.95 a year ago to 12.00 a month like yesterday

I DONT TRUST THEM in MY view if i say with BOA my Monthly fee will be 24.95 month in two more years

Guess there solution to not being able to rape america with overdraft fees is to rape them with monthly fees

BOA wont be around in 10 years

  • @Bunnykiller6969 chnage it to ebanking and have a direct deposit then you wont get charged

  • We've seen and represented homeowners all over the country who are victims of big banks illegally foreclosing and even trashing out a home. This has become a far too common problem.

  • And people talk about bank-robbers. The bank robbers arn't the crooks, the crooks are in the bank. bankers, worse than lawyers????

  • 12 people hit the wrong button.

  • Cenk, keep it up! My favorite commentator on my least favorite company--one that keeps robbing my family, at that!

Um, and yes, any attorneys out there and also press, PLEASE CONTACT ME! Or, THIS attorney!

  • those 12 haters must have been working in that bank of america that day =D

  • 12 people work for bank of america

  • How the hell did that even happen?! How can they legally foreclose on a house that the people don't owe them money for?! *mindblown* What the fuck?!

  • @missAUDACITY I know. That's scary!

  • @missAUDACITY We're picking out a lawyer right now. They're illegally pushing payments through an account we've been trying to close for 7 mos. now. BoA mortgage payments, one dept. illegally pushing through auto-pays with no authorization (we've UNauthorized ANY activity, they won't stop). Mortgage paid every month through a non-BoA account. Still happens every month, and today is the last day we're letting them do this anymore. We're NOT going to pay for their "clerical errors"!

  • @LexeconKiddo Wow! That's terrifying that this stuff happens! I really can't believe that, it's completely unacceptable! I hope you maul them in court! :(

  • Me - *But that's MY IPHONE not the banks*

Cop - *Is this the broken bells - the hight road?*

    Me - *Yeah*

    Cop - *I'll keep it*

How do I get a police escort for a bank robbery? ;p

  • yes ohhh...i would have given anything to be at the bank when this happened.....i would have shaken that family's hand with a big ole....kool aid smile on my face....

  • I LOVE THIS SWEET JUSTICE

  • Swift Justice kicked Bank of America in the Balls. Made no profit of the intreats and had to pay legal fees

  • I could care less wether the couple was rich or not. THIS is poetic justice!

  • THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!

  • I love this story. This story is better than sex. It gives me an orgasm. I want to think about it over and over and over again.

  • @shitthrowingmonkey1 You might need to get laid.

  • Off the top rope... ELBOW FROM THE SKY!!!

  • just because these people have a lot of money really has nothing to do with it ... the bank of america has even more money and therefore can afford better lawyers and they still lost big corporations deserve to get screwed over once and a while so that they learn to value their customers instead of constantly screwing them over ... anyone who dislikes is just bitter about their own financial issues

  • EPIC PWND!

Can you imagine? That couple is going to look at the pictures they've taken in 20-30 years from and still laugh their a** off! Whoa, Sweet!

  • JUSTICE is right. just stand up to these liars and call them on their bluff. they can't always win!

  • Who it the hell doesn't like this? this is just liberating. I have to ask again who in the world.. Hold on Hold on what eight people are on the banks side?

  • i just found myself a new lawyer

  • Absolutely poetic.

  • Wow...very awesome! I HATE Bank of America, too much problems.

  • Sweet, Sweet Revenge!!!

  • Justice has been goddamn served.

  • best lawsuit/lawyer EVER

  • I mean this is great and all, but obviously these are people with a lot of money (paying for their house in cash...... aha) and frankly I don't really think rich people going to court and winning is that much of an inspirational story. I care more about the people who's houses get foreclosed because they can't pay their mortgage, they're the ones in the real struggle.

  • @avaadore44 It is a damn shame that you have to have that kind of money to win a court battle these days. However, I'm still glad this happened because it sets a good precedent for future lawsuits.

  • @avaadore44

Yes maybe there are rich but there are a few people out there that saved there money there whole lives and now housing is cheaper so they can afford to pay cash without being super rich.

  • @eddiekoski

Well yeah but it doesn't matter how they got it, the point is, they have a lot of money so it isn't a surprise if they win a lawsuit.

  • BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO......SWEET BABY!!! I LOVE IT!!!

  • This is incredible. Finally the people are standing up and telling these ZIonist thugs whos nation this is. They are scum and need to be hanged in the streets for ripping off MILLIONS of people for BILLIONS of dollars.

  • That house was HUUUUGEEEE.

  • FTW!!!!

  • SWEEEEEEEEET justice!

  • i can not like this video enough!

  • Power of the working class bitches. EPIC PWNAGE right there. We should do that with all the banks and governments.

  • thats right you selfish bank of america assholes.

  • I've had the worst day of my life today. But this made it better

  • @MrJordanstech what happened? :(

  • One of my favorite stories Ive heard in a minute

  • isnt it funny how u cant share this video on facebook who put the cap on that??

  • the lawyer looks like pvt. pyle from full metal jacket

  • Epic win.

  • There are people who still don't believe the large bankers of this country are crooks.

    But, I don't know why.

  • 7 people are bankers

  • 7 people realize that the reason he won because he was a former cop, if he wasn't a retired cop or a cop for that matter the police would REFUSE...

Even then, his attorney was locked out of the room by the Sheriff's office. 1,887 are clueless, as the police are in bed with these BANKS.

  • It's nice to see justice. The sad part, though, is that it's so nice to see justice because it so rarely happens. I wish I lived in a world where the good guys won most fights instead of the opposite. Enough with the American Dream. I want some American Justice!

  • ka-boom

  • Truly #Winning !

  • This is *sob* beautiful [wipes a little tear from his eye]

  • This is just one example on how these banks stab the average american people. These filthy bank robbers/thief , americans need laws that protect the average workers not laws that protect corporations and ceo's. This is our country and what it has transformed into a fascist nation. Corporate Fascism! No kind of real democracy.

  • Shit got done!

  • LOVE THIS.

  • now we just need to do this to the american government that is supposed to be working FOR us not AGAINST us like they have grown to do

  • I seriously don't understand how you can continue worshipping hypercapitalism when the banks do all this they have no right to do.

    .

So corporations can just pretend to own something and press people for money?

Every day that goes, I am more and more happy capitalism is sincerely regulated in my own country.

  • @underbjorn is your country taking Americans seeking asylum from Bank of (Screw)America? Please say yes....

  • that was so awesome, i almost came

  • only possible because it was a rich family.

  • @Spankmeinheaven

Thats right. Poor people don't own their houses.

  • @BigBaldAndBadass no, because they had good lawyers.

  • "CASH IN THE DRAWERS"

Shoot...I would have told that deputy to go in the vault!!!!!

  • Welcome to America. Perfect place to sue.

  • This is the greatest story ever.... The banks are powerful, but need to follow the same laws.

  • haha fuck yeah thats what happens when you fuck with the wrong people

  • Wow awesome that the family did that

  • I can't believe theres still justice in America. There may be hope after all. If we just stick together.

  • its barely a win....they simply stopped the bank from robbing them.

once we get some bailout money back itll be a true win

  • @thisscreensucks Its a win. Legal fee's were ordered to be paid.... and when the banks decide not to pay they get pushed by the law.

  • @thisscreensucks Every victory, no matter how small, is still a victory. It sent a message that the law was on our side. We just need to keep going down this path of justice.

  • It's times like this you wish you had a massive orchestra following you so they could play epic music in the background. Something triumphant that screams "Justice is served, with strong undertones of "We raped your face."

  • @MyOldName I was just thinking of the theme for Magneto in the X Men: First Class film. Yep, yep. Big thumbs up on the "we raped your face",,,ROFL!!!!

  • I hate Bank of America. I use a credit union, they are non-profit and don't try to screw their clients.

  • Damn...that just made my day. WAY TO GO!

  • this is AWESOME!

  • LOL sounds like a good plot for a John Grisham book!! :D

  • OH MY GOD, THE IRONY, THE ORGASMIC IRONY.

  • @mike23984 ive been watching for like 3 years at least now.

  • I WISH I COULD HIT THE LIKE BUTTON MORE TIMES!

  • this is bullshit, only the rich people can afford lawyers who will actually pursue this. the average family will not be able to pull this shit off at all. These guys paid their house off in CASH, that lawyer is getting PAID.

  • I love it!!!!!!!!

  • Hell yeah lmfao thumbs up all the way!!!!.....im so happy for this couple now ask the banker how it feels to get CHOPPED AND SCREWED OVER!!!.....Bank of america should change there name after this one its bad for business maybe they should try on the couple names!!!!........

  • This is the best Fucking thing I've seen in a long time.

  • this...is...beautiful. It's like a legal bank robbery! AWESOME!

  • only the lawyers and judges got paid, what about the fraud committed, that family should be awarded the monies equal to the lawyers being paid. Further someone should be held accountable for it going this far.

  • Stop with the advertisement already

  • Owned! :D

  • Oh yeah, this owns so hard.

  • YES! Fuck those fat cat arseholes & the horse they rode in on! WOOOOOOOOO!

    Best. Story. Ever!

  • LOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

  • We comin for you. We gon find you!!

  • I bet the 5 dislikes are from the guys working in that bank and got screwed over xD

  • This should be all over the news. It is refreshing.

    .

    Thanks TYT.

  • lmao this is fucking awesome! First person to ever beat a bank. Amazing job! I want that lawyer's phone number.

  • This story tickles me inside:]

  • To the people who hit "Dislike" to this video - what kind of soulless pricks are you?

Short of just being troll douchebags that just go to each and every TYT video and click "Dislike" to get props from some website or dumbass group, I'm not sure how else you could dislike this video.

  • @DisturbedHavok 8 people who dislike it are from that bank :)

  • Injustice can only be ignored by people who don't take action. A system that has no functional foundation anymore will crumble with one good push.

  • Finally, some good news.

  • This story: like X1,000

  • This story is the reason I'll have a good week.

  • Suck it Bank of America, Suck it!!!

  • Burn the banks and kill the ceos!

  • This story just made my day.

  • They deserve a Nobel Prize for something - we can make it up. It's about time someone made these mafioso of finance shake a little bit - I would have payed to see the look on the little twerp suit behind the desk . . . priceless. The only way a story is good when a bank is involved is if the bank gets fucked. I love movies where the robbers get away successfully . . . good for them - as long as no one gets hurt, have at 'er . . . take everything.

  • The only way this could of went better is if the couple hooked up the computers they took from the bank and sold all our financial details to hackers or bankrupted the bank and fucked over everyone who had money in the that bank.

  • missed a chance for an elbow from the sky!

  • I love it! Score one for the little guy. After hearing what the Bank has apparently been doing to people, I don't think they will be my credit card company anymore, either :)

  • burn baby burn

  • My day just got a little bit brighter because of this story.

  • The bank should also be punished for fraud!

  • i wished my story can be shared on the young turks. last year my grandmother died and she had nurse aid coming to her home for about 3 years. my family was supposed to sell the house but the person who manage the care system told my mom that my grandma supposedly owe over 200k and they went to go sue its fucked up because my grandmothers medicare was supposed to cover that and the case got thrown out and plus her house is worth over 25k i dont know where they are going to get the other 180k

  • @TheLowEndTheory When someone passes away, I thought the debt could not be transferred to family members. I thought that the debt is taken from what is left of the estate. On what grounds is your family legally responsible for your grandmothers debt?

  • @samiam2088 no i guess she signed up for the care and they never told her about the fees adding she had dementia also i guess they wanted to take advantage

  • epic win!

  • If this doesn't get the message through that banks and corporations are corrupt and Washington has been bought, sold, and paid for, I don't know what will.

  • One small step for man, one HUGE step for man kind!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Justice still exist....I'm amazed

  • My guess is that someone else fraudulently took out a mortgage on that propriety, and BofA didn't care, they went after they legit owners anyway.

As far as that couple... WINNING!!!

  • LOL Nice!

  • How can the bank manager get away without prison time is what i want to know. How can he justify trying to forclose on a house that never even had a mortgage to begin with?

  • @sewbuttns In all likelihood, the bank manager was caught in the middle. The real douchebaggery happens higher up the chain.

  • honestly if i were the couple id have refused the check taken everything inside and sold it

  • omg i'm so happy. can't make this stuff up.

  • Of course!!

  • sad to think of all the people that are screwed in similar circumstances but don't have the means to beat the system... imagine 1 family won... how many have lost? banks became terror organizations instead of service providers... and are still protected by law in the most obscene ways

  • LMAO wow this is some of the best news I've heard in a while.

  • WIN!

  • SWEET JUSTICE!

  • This is the best story I've heard in my life!

  • I just fell in love
