The story itself of the couple foreclosing on the bank is obviously pretty amazing (to say the least), but imagine what that did for the lawyer's reputation. The Daily Show ran a 10-minute bit on this story, and said that the family had gone to about 25 attorneys who all turned them down. This guy who accepted the case had only been a lawyer for 8 months. What a way to start your career...
