No, I mean I'm fine until I get to the level that Shrek and Puss are on. I put Puss on the platform that Shrek lifts and when I try jumping I can't? It's just half a platform and I can't get up onto the rope or anything. Am I using the wrong method or something? Please help.

Idk how to get to the other side of the half platforms, because jumping across doesn't work. It's too far.

Yes! He is really fun to play as! He can run on ropes and he is faster than any of them! I play as him whenever I ge the chance to!
