If you call that owning a team, you're way off and I'd stop talking shit until you check the real stats.
It's so funny about how after Henderson got ejected, the announcers changed their minds and were all like "O, maybe it was intentional!" That part is not shown on this video but i saw it live....and the announcers made complete fools of themselves, by reapeating that it wasn't intentional over and over and over again.

As a Duke Alumni(1989), i have to admit that that had some bad intention on it. As a ball player myself, i learned how to make a hard, intentional foul look like an accident. he probably did not intend to break his nose, but he definitely wanted to foul hard. forget the commentators, he turned his head so as not to collide with T. he threw his body in there, and every player knows, you only do that with the intention of fouling.

regardless of it being flagrant, Billy Packer was only worrying about the poor player and how he "disagreed with the call," and not about how Hansbrough could have been seriously injured and never played again. Should have been fired after that game.
That being said, they should have arrested Henderson for assault and never let him play another basketball game.

Duke was calling timeouts and was fouling to stop the clock... they thought it was still in doubt, which is why Tyler was in.
But he had a sub at the scorer's table, so if he had made the FT it would have never happen.

For the record, Billy Packer doesn't have a DOOK bias. Rather, he has an ACC bias. I'm a UNC fan, without question, but I won't dispute that UNC has received (mainly in the Dean Smith era) preferential treatment by refs as well. Nonetheless, Gerald Henderson is a puss and everyone knows that.

Well, let's take a look at the stats for the last 25 years. Since 1982: UNC has won 31-30 vs. Duke (Roy has beat Coach K 4 of the last 5 meetings, too). UNC has won 3 titles and Duke has won 3. UNC holds 2 more final four appearances, and 4 more overall tournament victories (as well as 1 more tournament title all-time). If you call that owning a team, you're way off and I'd stop talking shit until you check the real stats.

It's so funny about how after Henderson got ejected, the announcers changed their minds and were all like "O, maybe it was intentional!" That part is not shown on this video but i saw it live....and the announcers made complete fools of themselves, by reapeating that it wasn't intentional over and over and over again.

The ball was down by their waists at the time Henderson swung at Tyler's face. Henderson can actually SEE the ball go by him, THEN he swings at Tylers face. That announcer is terrible. It was obviously intentional, what a loser, he doesn't deserve to talk with that much of a bias.
