I misunderstood "Game Day." I thought Monsieur Pépin was to cook game foul, duck and similar. I still enjoyed this video, and I can smell the cooking while I'm watching the video. Mmmmm :) Have you considered making the spicy Chile Colorado, perhaps in a bread bowl? Don't for the mushrooms, I like the mushrooms.
What was the Anchor Steam beer for!? I spent the entire episode waiting for him to use it! Was it just there to drink between takes? Nothing wrong with that I suppose.
Pure poetry, watching Jacuques is like watching nature. The wisdom he imparts with such simple recipes comes only from a lifetime of practice and unyielding commitment.
Jacques never fails to both amaze and entertain me. I have so many of his recipes backed up to try I may never get to them all. But I'm loving every pound I'm gaining trying...
