  • I misunderstood "Game Day." I thought Monsieur Pépin was to cook game foul, duck and similar. I still enjoyed this video, and I can smell the cooking while I'm watching the video. Mmmmm :) Have you considered making the spicy Chile Colorado, perhaps in a bread bowl? Don't for the mushrooms, I like the mushrooms.
