I read that two friends saw maddie at a nearby resturant with a man, and when they called out her name the man scopped the child and ran out with her, the two girls where able to identify maddie by the marking in her eye. But the child is still missing!
Poor baby - I hope that she's not in pain or suffering anywhere. I wish that they would take her home to her family. Some people are just unbelievably cruel.
