Great footage! Coolidge is one of my all-time favorite presidents, and Hoover had such promise on this day; .the presidency brought out the worst in him, alas! Here was the man who fed and saved millions, and who could not bring himself to lift a finger to help or inspire the nation. When he did act it was the wrong kind of government meddling.
