  • @rockybalboa101 yea ima take Sunday off..but I replaced cardio recovery with pure cardio. I hate cardio recovery

  • K thanks man

  • Alright thanks man I've just eliminated whole milk, coke and fried foods from my diet drinking water and juice mostly. I have been eating more grilled food like salmon and chicken. I don't understand the nutrition book all that great but in Sunday when I start up my second week I'll look at it more closely. I'm trying to get to 165 to 170 pounds and get to 10 percent body fat or below within the 63 day period do you think that could happen?

  • @Cmorse25 Possibly, but you might need to eat less than you'd think. I lost 10 pounds doing P90X, but I ate at a calorie deficit of around700 calories. I didn't want to loose weight, but my stomach neede work. So I HAD to loose weight. I started at 10.7% body fat and ended the program at 5.3%. P90X is a 3 month program, BUT you definitely burn more calories with INSANITY, so you can do it if you really follow the plan.

  • Hey I started insanity on Sunday not to long ago. I am 15 5ft10 185 pounds. I am really curious as to what you did diet wise. Did you change your diet at all. And how far into the workout did you begin to see results. I just finished my first week and I know I'm not going to see results that fast but I'm curious as to when you saw your results? Please get back to me.

  • @Cmorse25 Hi! I followed the diet book pretty close. You really need to do that, because 80% of your body is nutrition. Only 10% is exercise, and 10% genetics. I will say that I didn't follow my percentages right (20% fat, 40% protein, 40% carbs), and I might have had better results if I had. I DID follow the percentages with P90X and had better results. I think it was at the end of month one to see results. Take pictures if you can because thats the best way to compare.

  • though the workout is hard for both p90x and insanity its the diet that really takes your results to the next level i am doing p90x and for the first moth i did the workouts with 100% effort but i didn`t diet and i had bad results i started my second month and i really changed my diet and my results have been much better.

  • @corwnfool You are absolutely right. I have read that 10% of your body is genetics, 10% is exercise, and 80% is nutrition.

  • Good results, I've been going for a week now...I feel great haha. But today was harder to get up and start then the other days cause I had Sunday off..

  • @iWork4DaSystem Sunday was my day off too! Glad to hear the program is going well. :)

  • @rockybalboa101 Yea...dude I hate cardio recovery and the day off! You think I could replace those two with pure cardio or cardio circuit ?

  • @iWork4DaSystem You really should give your body one rest day. There were some dvd's I didn't like as well, but just push through them bro. You will be glad you did.

  • been doing cardio and abs this week a little, have finals friday then starting the course for real next week

  • @pokealong1227 Good luck!

  • Damn,you received a better V shape overall man.

    Congratiolations!

I'm planning to start next week on it :)

  • @giramew Thank you and good luck!

  • another thing you can do which i am doing is completing the insanity workout program to get you inshape to take on the p90x workout for further muscle/body confusion

  • @variousrodent I almost started an INSANITY/P90X hybrid program, but I was told to cut back big time on my cardio so that I can put some mass on.

  • What is better? Insanity or PX? I did half of insanity(no time to continue -_-)... Fot PX u need some tools to gymnastics?

  • @MattCreeperCraft You need weights for P90X. I just completed P90X, and my results were BETTER than Insanity's. I will be showing off my results in a new video shortly.

  • when you star see the Results in your body

  • @didyousmell I saw results at the end of the first month, but your best results will be at the very end, because month 2 is harder. :)

  • So*

  • I dont want to offend you but how come on tv after 60 days.. they are do ripped with muscles and youre not?

  • @MrFootjobcum No offense taken. This is a cardio builder and toner program. I only put on about 3 pounds of muscle. But you can obviously tell by the side by side photos that there was definite improvement. On tv they probably show the top looking people to push the product.....which does work. :)

  • Hey man, i'm startin Insanity tomorrow and I was wondering what's like a daily meal plan for you?

  • @Comeatmebro1992 Well, I am a pretty picky eater. What I did was most of the time... first, cereal bowl or yogurt, second, granola bar milk and apple, third, protein shake, forth, meatballs, or ham and crackers, fifth, an egg sandwich. The nutrition guide will help you out big time if you have it. :)

  • @rockybalboa101. Alright sweet. I thought for sure I was gonna have to buy expensive food because I always see these meal plans for diets and the foods the recommend are always pricey. But it's good to know that that you dont have to go buying expensive food and you can just look in your fridge or cabinet and it's right there ya know? lol Thanks man.

  • @Comeatmebro1992 No problem! I think I may have had to buy a few things, but nothing expensive. The nutrition guide is awesome. It actually gives you a ton of options to substitute foods you don't like! The only thing I bought that was kind of pricey was the protein shake mix. But I just bought the store version, not the INSANITY version and it worked just the same. I think a big bottle of it costs between 15 and 20 bucks.

  • Nice results. I'm actually on my 3rd week of p90x and I just started insanity today. So insanity in thr morning and p90x at night :)

  • @AskBoutIt Whoa, you gotta be a hard worker to be doing both of those together! I'm gonna start P90X soon.

  • You a Rocky fan?

  • @Rusty4ND lol you said it right after i typed that...

  • @Rusty4ND lol! Yep, I'm a BIG fan. ;)

  • You look look like Lex Luther from Smallville

  • @studmuffin3264 lol, your the 3rd person to say that! Thanks for checking out the vid. :)

  • @studmuffin3264 yes he does:))

  • How can you not get motivated, being a Rocky fan?

  • @MrScamman I would work out on and off with Rocky music playing and it definitely kept me motivated. But having a family and working takes up a lot of time, so it was an on and off situation. This INSANITY program kept me focused, so I guess it was more focus than motivation that I needed. :)

  • Great results! I just started INSANITY. I have already done P90X and really enjoyed it. After I'm done with INSANITY, I'm going to do P90X again. Come check out my P90X results video on my page. I think you'll be motivated to do it after you see it.

  • @KCMO4EVER Thanks! I am hoping to do P90X next. I will for sure check out your results video. :)

  • Very nice results. I'm doing p90x right now to try and bulk up and get ripped. After that, I'll probably try Insanity to improve my cardio.

  • @IMBLUESTREAK23 Thanks! I want to try P90X now, to build some muscle. :)

  • Holy Molely Guacamoooole

  • @metro7416 :)

  • I have a question do the stretches in insanity help lose fat or are they there to make sure you dont pull muscles or something around

  • @insidescoop911 I think they are more for pulling muscles safety. BUT, the MAIN reason for them is to give you more movement and flexability. You will find after awhile, that you can bend alot more in every direction (like touching your toes, or leg splits). Being more flexable is definitely a plus with exercising and it makes you just the more healthier. :)

  • I'm thinking about buying this....

  • @AkaCeeNote If you're looking to improve your cardio and looking to tone up, it's definitely a good buy. It doesn't build a lot of muscle though. I'm looking to get P90X next, which is by the same people that do INSANITY and it is specifically for building muscle. :)

  • @rockybalboa101 Well I'm looking to get that chest muscle with a pac. that's all i really want.

  • I just started insanity... and instant resluts!!! my body is firmer, muscles harder I feel stonger lost quite a bit of wight also.

But Imm weight traing at the same to build muscle, I do insanity 6 times a week but im only on day 10.... its a killer!!!

  • @L0zer797 Glad to hear it's working out for you. I will be starting my second time through in the near future.

  • No better inspiration for gettin into shape than Rocky !!!! I listen to the Rocky tunes @ the gym all the time !!

  • @MattsMovieReview I totally agree buddy! :)

  • Good job on the tranformation brother !!! U look great !!

  • @MattsMovieReview Thanks Matt. I've been having back problems for a month now. I'm hoping when that's all cleared up, to start doing some muscle building exercising. Insanity was mostly for cardio and toning up.

  • wow, congrats on your results. I did 2 rounds of insanity and still using insanity as a go to for a cardio workout after I hit my heavy weights but I had amazing results. I like meeting other insanity lovers:-) Good job:-D

  • @MrBigYole Hey, thanks a lot! I'm not doing a second round right now. But I am doing the INSANITY workouts 3 times a week and just picking out the dvd that I feel like doing. So far I'm holding steady. I want to do P90X next, but I'm waiting on some weights. Nice to me you as well, and congrats on your results too!

  • Excellent job buddy. I'm proud of ya man for getting through it with the results you were expecting. Looks like a bust ass workout by the clips, I'm out of shape too so maybe this would benefit me as well. Great work Dan :)

  • @bigdaddry Hi Ryan, good to hear from you. Yeah, this workout was really hard, but the results were worth it. My one complaint is that I didn't get "showing" abs, but I'm working on that now. It's a good program. :)

  • You're very right because when I was training for my black belt I discovered rocky and I felt like he was my motivation and reference point first I felt like the underdog rocky now I feel like the defending champion (sometimes I feel a little cocky like Apollo!)

  • @VidBoy100 Very cool story my friend. ;)

  • Very nice, man. ;)

  • @flagmaster676767 Thanks Craig!

  • great job man :D

  • @devhall05 Thank you Devon. :)

  • @Horrorfan309 lol, not quite, but thanks for the comparison and kind words. :)

  • @Medialoungereview Thanks Wes! The clips I showed were random shots of the workouts. I didn't show any of the fitness test, but that is freaking hard too! INSANITY comes with a nutrition guide to follow. It was very hard to not eat what I wanted to, but it was worth it for the results. :)

  • Awesome results man, you really got built. I need to check that out. I'm way more out of shape though, i'd probably die on day 1. This video is motivating though.

    Great job Dan!

  • @cores717 Thank you Corey. Day 1 is killer, and so are the rest of the days, lol. I just kept on hitting play. You just got to believe brother. "You can do eet" ;)

  • I was impressed with your shoulders. good v-shape back! Keep up the work and we may just have to find a place for you on the Balboa tour, maybe your fight name could be..."The Collector"...best brother!

  • @adnuk68 LOL Mike! Thanks for commenting. Also, I haven't joined facebook, so I'm real sorry I haven't been able to see your page yet. I tried to view your profile using my wifes account, but only your friends can see your stuff.

  • Wow it really does work...nice work man. : ) Thumbs up

  • @celebrob Thank you Rob...means a lot. :)

  • Wow...I can't believe people dislike this....must have been a WORKOUT! clicking the *dislike* button

  • @Element1435 lol! Thanks for the support my friend. :)

  • i want my 5min back! you DO like to talk...

  • @JordanAcev Can't help ya there.

  • I did Insanity with great results, now I am gonna be working out with Shaun T on stage next month! BeachBody has changed my life. Send me a message if you need some help getting started.

  • @ernielight Thanks David. Wow, you gotta let me know how Shaun T is in real life. I really liked him during the workouts. Thanks for the offering, too.

  • @rockybalboa101 Sure, no problem man. One of the many benefits of being a Team BeachBody Coach. We get paid to be fit, help others do the same and always able to workout with the trainers like Tony Horton from P90X, Shaun T, etc.

  • they are good results mate keep it up

  • @solidvercetti Thanks for commenting Josh. :)

  • Congrats on loosing the weight I think I should try it lol

  • @vince18ny Thanks vince. It's a good program. I technically gained 2 pounds during it, but muscle weighs more than fat, so there you go, lol. :)

  • Hey, those are some fantastic results!

  • @TylerCharlesFisher Thanks Tyler! Appreciate it. :)

  • I forgot about the wave master. I mix and match that with the jogging up the Colorado mountains. Peace

  • Ran outta space in comments. Yeah man start hitting the weights now bro. My two pennies man. Good to see you getting in shape man. I am addicted to working out man. That is my best addiction and a healthy one. Eye of the Tiger man!

  • @MrPunisher2012 Thanks for the comment Louis. A buddy of mine has P90X, which is weight training. I'm gonna see if I can borrow the program from him. I gotta get motivated again, cause INSANITY wiped me out, lol.

  • You can mos def tell the difference bro. Good job man. I love working out bro. I love working out more than drinking. I'll get drunk for a couple days but I almost never stop working out. My routine is Jogging 60 minutes 4 days straight. Weight Lifting and push-ups/Crunches 1 hour 20 mins 2 days= total of 6 days That's almost 7 hours in six days. You can see the difference man, If i may suggest man just my opinion now that you lost weight, Hit the weight room Rock! Weight lifting is important

  • WOW you did get into shape :)

Im like tha fat, lazy, don't eat a lot food. ill have moments where I think right now is the time, an that will last for about a week then I give up.. The gyms are really expensive over in the UK.So its difficult..

    Well done tho :)

  • @prescott2811 Thanks Paul. It was very hard for me to not eat the food I love and enjoy (mostly junk food, lol). But it's all in your head. If you can stay determined, you can do it. I agree about the gyms. That's why I worked out at home. Thank you again for the comment. :)
