When I saw a video woth this song that was longer than the other ones I have seen, I had a certain hope that it could be with the middle verse included...but I suppose that was to much to hope for :/
Sir(s): If I may, at this Date and Time, state here and attest to the full how in Our True Appreciation of Numismatics here, I want with all Heart & Mind to reflect upon the Old Motto of Swiss Coinage of Great Import, namely, "Liberty Concerns the Freemen" from the Bern Senate and Council of Seventeen (17). This helps Us also in this Realm & Region, for We must maintain Our Love for Sweetness. Thank you. Merci beaucoups (as I am still working on good things Myself). FROM: Major ROSEBUD, SATX.
She'll be the last I think. After her the commonwealth countries will embrace the sanity of becoming republics. What is the alternative? That slobbering fool Chucky?
I too support Royalty, yes the family has made mistakes but much less than this stinking, vile, and cripplingly deceitful Government and as far as our democracy goes it is nothing more than a sham!
To me the Queen has served our country well, but both she and her family are humans and as such are subject to human failings.
But if I were to compare these failings to those who inhabit Parliament, they dwindle into insignificance.
In saying this though I will not support the far right .
And round her feet are lying the dying and the dead/I hear the noise of battle the thunder of her guns/I haste to thee my mother a son among thy sons/And there's another country I've heard of long ago/Most dear to them that love her most great to them that know/We may not count her armies we may not see her King/Her fortress is a faithful heart her pride is suffering/And soul by soul and silently her shining bounds increase/And her ways are ways of gentleness and all her paths are peace
I vow to thee my country all earthly things above/Entire and whole and perfect the service of my love/The love that asks no question the love that stands the test/That lays upon the altar the dearest and the best/The love that never falters the love that pays the price/The love that makes undaunted the final sacrifice/I heard my country calling, away across the sea/Across the waste of waters she calls and calls to me/Her sword is girded at her side her helmet on her head/
This should be our National Anthem, such emotion and it tells it how it is, that our loyalty to our Country is everything and always will be. God bless all those wonderful people who have made the ultimate sacrifices
extremely good obviously produced in England by the english who are probably the best in the world at most things, we even do better curries than tne Indians, at music there are non to compare though i feel i am being a little over modest
What a wonderful video.. my Grandfather, a decorated war hero, had I vow to thee my country played as his coffin left the church at his funeral & I cannot listen to it without weeping, not sure if its because of the loss of a great man or pride in him & my country... I hope people from other nations who visit here have a great time & are treated to the best British hospitality
Beautiful. I have loved this song since I first heard at the late Diana, Princess Of Wales's funeral. My sisters and I have dreamed of visiting England all of our lives-and we finally are later this year! :)
I guess you are someone who really cares about his:her country i think you should be proud of being british i have been to many places but london is the best place ive ever been to

Why are pictures of these jew-slaves used in reference to this song?
This song is for the English people, not for those thieves in Buckingham Palace who confer peerages on the enemies and traitors to this country.
The Royal family (so called) would even come out in support of shariah law if it meant remaining on the civil list!

Unsure but think it is Elgar's Chanson de L'Amour, an orchestral work.

I know it's not in keeping with the patriotism... Well... kinda is. I dunno.
If britain was ever a republic, this should be our national anthem.
Hell, it should be now. It's one of the most beautiful pieces ever.
razorback61 3 years ago
no, I'm proud of our "God Save The Queen" and if we are to become a Republic, praise God that I'll die before.

And English people deride Americans for being patriotic. England is now nothing more than a peaceul province of Pakistan and/or India.
