gosh money cant do nothing to them ,the most credible help we can give is to give them lesson and more knowledge how to stop and prevent those parents making kids while they are not in the position to do it for they cant even feeds or supply thier kids needssss!!! its is one form of child abuse to those parents who cant stand thier responsibility for thier child ...the government ,the religion should make program to prevent this ,and even we all filipinos must help by decipline ourself...
