  • great tutorial!

    thnx a lot mate!

  • this is actually really helpful, PRES are the hardest part for me

  • AAWWWWW MY LEGS ! >.<

  • lo pueden traducir a español porfavor :D

  • im sorry but can u teach me how to backflip on wall

  • these are great thanks guys

  • I don't think it's a 45º angle. Depend on the circumstances.

  • all it takes is practice

start small and work up to big gaps

  • what shoes are you wearing? beast tutorial btw ;)

  • @ConorParkour1 k swiss ariake lite mesh i got those too ^^ peace

  • Joining cross country and track should help ur cardio too! :)

  • nice

  • When I started out few years back, I had to learn this on my own (which is good in a way). But if I had this video back then, would have been a lot easier.

Btw, "your main and only priority in LIFE is to keep your eyes on the landing spot" :]

  • what kind of shoes do you wear? or what kind are good for parkour?

  • lol @ 3:55, bull horns, elephant tusks. Very well done tutorial btw.

  • These APK tutorials are way better, more grounded and informative than the ones at UF.

  • @parkourmumbai I find that watching ALL the tutorials is the most effective way of learning, besides of course, practicing.

  • Excellent tutorial Ozzi!

  • the name of song?

  • "your main and only priority in life should be to keep your eyes on your landing"

not the only but one of the best tips in this lesson.

think about the next obstacle but focus on the one you are on at the moment.

  • Isn't this pretty much all common sense? A precision is all about knowing your body and how to control it. It takes practice to know the limits of your body, and that's about it.

  • nice,

but how can we NOT consider this as advice or instruction if this is a TUTORIAL

  • great tut

  • thanks alot but one question....where can i get some of those sweats

  • Local Big5.

  • American parkour. com, I think there 25 bucks

  • Good Tutorial!

  • i LOVE PARKOUR!!

  • a very good tutorial...

    xD

  • good shoes?....definately kalenji all the way if your not very...sensitive?...

if you are good at absorbing things nicel cant go wrong with feiyue ^^

  • you should also try not to bend down too much at the knees when landing. so the knee angle should not be smaller than 90° approximately.

  • dunlop volleys are the best for improving your technique in my opinion.......also they have great grip and are cheap

  • u mean the one with yellow rubber..?

wouldnt that be slippery for rail precision..?

  • no the dunlop sports volleys

  • nice stuff

  • this shit is the reason why i subscribed and love practicing!

    and lulz at the dog

  • one of the greatest turtorials i have ever seen XD.

  • five-tens

  • lol those are k-swiss ariakes

  • ya your right.. they looked like the five-ten freerunners, but they are ariakes
