@dylanhs Look at manual on the site. This is a simple scheme.
You can download software and play with parameters.
@pryka The site seems to be down right now, but I remember looking at it before and not seeing a description of how the PDEs were being solved. Did you write the code yourself? What language?

@dylanhs App is coded in C#. Code for model is in manual. I can publish source code, but there are no comments.
You can also look at lecture site with teaching materials (link in description).
