  • Both John Foxx and Ultravox are/were sorely unrecognized, too bad as they were more talented than many of the New Wave bands that "made it". I guess they needed that one big hit....

  • Reminds me a little of the Stranglers and their early 1980's albums (e.g. Feline). I guess it's the instruments and tempo.

  • Great song, from my youth....

  • una delle mie preferite di sempre .........

  • lloro lloro amo esta maldita canción! ahhh :( :)

  • yes.

  • Such a top tune,love it forever !

  • 1982,I never forget this song.

  • oh yeah ... one of my faves

  • The bass synth...the piano....the acoustic guitar....and drum machine are just so well integrated in this song a seriously under rated song....the lyrics are also so good...a beautiful song full of emotion...truly New Romantic though with a small 'n'.... romantic in the true sense

  • great lp for listen at nightime

  • One of THE best songs of the eighties that wasn`t the hit it could have been if kids hadn`t wasted their pocket money on Madness and Adam Ant singles: what were you thinking buying Baggy Trousers??

  • @dtv67 well i think adam ant is brilliant as well. i mean that burundi drum sound he had on the early records was wholly unique. the real crime is that 'jock rockers' like van halen and motley crue and all those hair metal morons were and still are glorified for the wrong reasons. john foxx and adam ant sought to make interesting and adventerous music while eddie van halen simply sought to show off how fast (yet remarkably boring) he was while tommy lee was only in it for the pussy and good dope

  • @dtv67 actually I love adam and the ants but understand were you coming from ... they spent their money on too much crap but can you imagine john foxx today with the shite thats around

  • fantastica ......

  • The epitomey of the 80's he was key founder of the New Romantic movement... yet never really recognised....

  • Fantastic tune!

Thank you so much for putting this up.

  • truly romantic

  • Second to the wild, the beautiful, and the damned.

  • this song is fucking beautiful.

  • my all time favorite Foxx track.

  • うれしいです
