POWERLIFTERS,OLYMPIC LIFTERS AND MANY BODYBUILDERS TRAIN THRU A LIFT IN A STRICT MANNER SO THAT MUSCLES,TENDONS ARE WORIKING ALL OF THE TIME. FOOTBALL PLAYERS ARE IN THE WEIGHT ROOM BECAUSE THEY ARE TOLD TO DO IT.THEY RETIRE THEN THEY QUIT WEIGHTS.FOOTBALL PLAYERS ARE FAT,IF YOU WATCH THEM .AT THOSE COMBINES WHAT A JOKE. THE GUY CHEATING ON THE BENCH VIDEO SHOULD DROP DOWN TO 340 AND DO IT STRICT---HE WILL BE STRONGER IN 6 WEEKS THEN TRY 415!
@bear022013 He's not a power lifter. He's a football player. As long as he can fucking do this: (/watch?v=huolfNTLgB0&feature=related), he probably doesn't care.
I've seen plenty of power lifters (including me) and bodybuilders completely fail during college football tryouts. I'll just tell you that people like them have no ounce of instinct or athletic ability. Look at Brock Lesnar, bodybuilder/MMA fighter, he didn't even make the practice squad when he tried out for the NFL.
I am a powerlifting judge/retired powerlifter and that bench press joke was not legal.Hips on the bench no cheating.you could drive a small car underneath that man.
Hardly, proper technique actually requires a slight arch in the back, you should be able to slide your hand under somebody's lower back as they're lifting. Check :18 and when you see his shirt wrinkle back up, that's the end of his back's movment back to the bench. Failed troll, gtfo.
and oh by the war, football players could give two shits less if it's a "legal lift", we lift to gain strength, not impress thousands of people who wish they would be us at competitions.
@bear022013 He's not a powerlifter. He's a football player. No one really gives a shit about power lifters anyways. They're only "power lifters" because they can't play sports, and this is coming from a power lifter who also can't play sports.
@yahoopl3 well maybe someone who actually lifts shouldnt be so ignorant...just because hes chubby doesnt make it any easier. this guys close grip benching too...and you sound awfully worked up for no reason...lose your girlfriend to some "fatass" like this guy?
@yahoopl3 says the kid who makes a youtube account (w/NO videos) just to talk shit. hahaha junior, just remember that while you're hating, this "fat ass" is making waaaay more money than you lmaoo
@yahoopl3 well you called him a fat ass. and i quote, "nothing special about that, especially for a fat ass". while he may be a fat ass like you claim, he is STILL making more money than you, even with your "large penis". hahaha idiot
@Ludichris8531 Muscle strength is still obviously the most important factor in benching but gaining any weight tends to add to your chest size and therefore the bar does not have to go down as far to complete a rep.
@Ludichris8531 it is time consuming but i dont think doing it on a basic level is ok you need to learn how to do it before you move up weights or you will be hurt. it has alot more to do with speed and size than technique. yes technique might be hard to train for but nothing compared to how hard you need to train to be big strong and fast
@Ludichris8531 it has to do with force which is size and spped combined, for instace 150kg moving at 20mph is alot more than 90kg moving at 20mph. size definatly matters in clean and jerk. technique is not so hard to get right. strenght for a bench will matter more with weight possibly because a heavier person has to squat their own weight aswell but thats not the only reason and your right physiologists still are stumped
@Ludichris8531 kinetic lift the same too clean and jerk is affected by body weight speed of movement followed by weight the moving object transfers into the force of the lift so if a big guy can move quick he can clean alot of weights with the proper technique
@KhaoticExistence Body weight doesnt matter shit when your lifting....however amount of muscle you carry does. Peko body fat % is not low, if he dropped his body fat down under 20% he would prob lose atleast 50 pounds.....i know, cool story bro :D
@TheBoufhead I was just stating that from the standpoint of bodyweight to bench weight ratio he should be able to lift it...I know that the amount of muscle matters but it would definitely be harder for someone who didnt weigh as much to lift that same amount..Thanks for the comment broseidon! (just kidding on the last word).

@chone808 how is that relevant to him being a fat fuck? I make more money than you ever will and that has nothing to do with my large penis.
