Most of the time, there is some work in Makeup and Wardrobe for an hour to an hour and a half to achieve ( with the help of lighting ) a temporary "enhancement" and everybody has a good ( possibly constrained ) laugh, as they know that only about one in twenty takes look as intended. What they study in acting school is even worse than this.
