its probably pretty long and if you dont wanna do the missions you can drop into freeplay mode and run around the city and do whatever you want! like attack random ppl or climb up on buildings!

Your PC should be fine, it's actually got some good specs for a laptop.

And I think you are asking if you can play with the built in keyboard and mouse?

Mouse, no. I'd recommend an external mouse, but you can play with a built in keyboard.

The built in mice pads that come with laptops are great for portability, not for gaming.
