  • Guys, what is that noise in the background? Sounds like a fan or air conditioner running on high. If you could shut it off, the audio would be cleaner. Otherwise, great video! I'm following the Marquette grapes and wines with great interest! Tried one a few years ago from Quebec, and was impressed. I've also tried a NY-grown Noiret, and thought it tasted similar to Syrah.
