For those who knew her

I knew Lindsey on deviantart and I have never forgotten her. She was just a bit older than my own daughter.

Enough time has passed and I am older and wiser so now I can see not only a young woman trying to be strong and brave, but struggling with what was to come. She had such grace in her humanity.

I love being able to hear her voice.

She was taken too young but she touched many strangers with her warmth and love and wisdom--including an old woman like me.

Wow. I'm sorry to say I didn't get the opportunity to know Lindsey. I found her when a friend of mine mentioned her a while ago. I must say though- it may not be the same circumstances, but I understand how important it is to never give up no matter how hard. Thank you SO much for sharing this. You have my condolences.
