  • You obviously have nothing better to do... maybe you should get a fucking life.

  • @mounsteres He's the one making money off youtube for these videos.

    Jimmy Justice ftw!

  • looks like these are a bunch of fat hogs driving around in cars ,making money for the corparation ,i guess all the males are , away killing people and stealing there oil ,..nothing changes does it :)

  • Jimmy, when are you going to post some new stuff? I love this, they need you in San francisco!

  • When you will need help from those mens and womens, I think they won't find a place to park...be a little bit more clever, if you got a fine because of your car it doesn't matter of following the public/emergency services for show there errors...I th

  • idk what your saying, are you saying im going to need help from a traffic cop???, im a firefighter/emt and umm i really never needed help from a traffic cop, what jimmy justice is doing is great, he is the only guy who has balls to do what he is doing, i bet if you got a ticket for parking there you would be kinda piss,

  • lol no offence but alot of americans are fat haha im from canada and i mean our cops have to be in shape or they get kicked from the force

  • im american and i agree with you

  • @Tirrelldj1234 Well, she is not really a cop, but traffic enforcer. And I agree with you. Although many of our cops here are in shape, a lot of them here are overweight, however, because they have union that would protect them from out of jobs. Therefore, many of them are not in shape. That is bad.

  • Hey it's just like Jello Biafra once said: 'Don't hate the media; BECOME the media!' I believe what you're doing is exactly what he had in mind when he said that.

  • Jimmy got a plan bud, i think u should organise a rally to get the traffic cops and sanitation vehicles replaced with bicycles, not only will they stop breaking the law but these whales might actually lose some weight. yes? no?

  • @TheAgonyOfVictory Hahaha best idea I've seen yet on YouTube

  • @TheAgonyOfVictory I think that a simple atitude like, forbide the doughnuts, would already help a lot...

    há háa háaaaa...

  • @TheAgonyOfVictory

you know, I think you actually may be on to something here. They don't need a car to write ticket. Who are they chasing?

  • every NYPD officer are fat??? omg

  • so that's what all this is about 1:36 he got a ticket for something like that and now he gets back at every cop in ny

  • Maybe in New York they need to pull out all the city's meters and mark only Emergency and Enforcement Vehicles...with a sign underneath each one, "courtesy of jimmy justice". That way jimmyjustice will be happy.

  • f'cking parasites

  • sounds like a future tax leech in training...sorry, even tax leeches need to obey the law.

  • YOUR WORD IS THE LAW.

  • More amazing stuff... How do I submit this to the Pulitzer people!

  • Matthew 20:28 - "Even so you also outwardly appear rightous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness."

  • HAHAHAHAH who was that fat guy with the camera?!

  • GO Jimmy

  • If you approached the situation in a calm respectful way this might actually be a good thing. But you approach these people in a negative, degrading, insulting tone. You're out to make them look like a bunch of losers. I think you should try talking like that to a regular police officer.

  • y doesnt jimmy retard film actual nypd cops cause they would beat his ass.

  • Jimmy retard...

There is a lot of irony in your statement; I will now give you a few hours to figure out why that is.

  • give me a hint ;)

  • блядь, америке пизда))

    все копы жирные африканские морды

такой акцент дикий в других роликах

    копы имигранты

    представляю в России такое

  • this could be harassment...easily.

  • ummmm how Mr above the law?

  • any NYC citizen has the right to make films or even observe city employees as they do their job and report it too!

  • i grew up in southie boston and been to ny few times and cant understand y anyone hasnt brought this up..(most of the time)THERES NEVER ANYWHERE TO FUCKING PARK!try parking a truck/trailer in the city.

  • Keep doing what you do Jimmy. The people against this probably are crooken officers of NYC or have a crooked officer in their crooked family.

  • "Don't act like an animal"

    ROFLMAO!!!

  • Im sorry , to revise my last ....... Sanitation only enforces parking violations related to the operations of the department of sanitation....... not fire hydrants

  • Why do you think everyone hates them? Might as well ask why everyone hates Nazi's! Same thing!

  • whos the other man wit the camara?

  • he was a cameraman from a television station who was following me around.

  • Ok NYC

Talk ebonics, get a traffic job

  • Just Keep doin it

  • jimmy justice kicks fucking ASS!!!

go get them, dude!! they SUCK

  • lol are all cops black in new york?

  • gotta love affirmative action...

  • go get em Jimmy. You are a hero.

  • I'm not from NY so I am curious what a Santitation Officer is, is that like a Health Inspector?

  • no in nyc we have a very rigid sanitation infrastructure. bc we have such a dense pop. ppl put their garbage outside of buildings and we have certain garbage disposal laws. and certain dumpster zones

  • Kinda get a life, but that is pretty funny.

  • JimmyJustice4753, you are the best. RISE AGAINST THE MACHINE!!!

  • 'you' doesnt say you can't park there, the LAW says you can't park there. If you do it, you break the law. Period.

  • You work for the executive/administrator as an assistant in enforcing the law. If your boss is not exempt, you are incredibly arrogant to believe you should be.

  • Could she park any further away from the kerb?

  • "Hey guess who" LOL

    Get 'em Jimmy!!!!!

  • Easy there... I like what he is doing..

  • you probably are a cop

  • whats wrong with you.....

  • Diogenes went through life carrying a lantern, looking for an honest man. You finally found one who's not only honest (is it too much of a stretch to assume he's not throwing stones from a glass house?), but has made it his mission to expose others' dishonesty, and this is how you react?! Freud could have had a ball with you.

  • Good job, now there is more Jimmies (the other camera guy). The more we film these violations (in a proper, legal, safe manner) the better our streets will become!

  • billiant keep this up and well ave a free country fight the man

  • Great job Jimmy.

I see you didn't get super mad in this one. I don't think she could even speak english...

  • Jimmy Justice for Mayor

  • good work.

  • good job

  • heck ya jimmy!

  • could she even speak (proper) english?? how will she communicate with people in a difficult situation? that's very dangerous. they must be really desperate if they hire people from overseas to do those jobs.

  • heh

  • YEah nice job jimmy.

  • your being more professional in latest videos, less of the childish name calling and such. Keep it up, folks will take you more seriously now.

  • That bitch got caught HARD CORE, haha.

  • What exactly does a Sanitation officer do?

  • They make sure people don't defacate or urinate in the streets of NY.

  • wait forget the last comment

  • whats up with the other camera guy?

  • I like that "Guess Who?" touch, LOL

  • Nice. But how come nobody ever talks to you? whenever you start talking to an officer they just ignore you. They could at least apologize!

  • i love these videos. my only complaint is that it's almost always black officers and i'm sure white officers do it too. i'm not saying Jimmy is doing it on purpose but i still find it odd. but still props to Jimmy Justice.

I hope Jimmy's camera will one day witness real crimes being committed by cops on duty but i understand why it's so hard.

  • white officers do it all the time. . .it doesn't matter the color of the skin, all cops break the law just as all citizens do. No person can know every law, and thus everyone can't avoid breaking the law. The solution? FIRE THE POLICE AND STOP MAKING STUPID LAWS.

  • you should film an officer plainting drugs on a guy,

fucking earth, i bet the aliens have a much better community,

  • if you let me know where and when you will be planting drugs on a suspect then I will be there to videotape it.

  • O_O ...erm, that was a joke right?

  • yes

  • What the fuck is a sanitation cop? Like, are they looking for people tapping their shoes in stalls? I'm bothered by anyone parking in front of hydrants & lame-people parking stalls, but more so with not knowing what the hell a sanitation cops job is exactly :S

  • Our Government might as well come right out and tell the Public that Cops,Military,Politicians,Judges, Pretty much

ANYONE that works for the Government/state

can and will do anything they want!! Our President does whatever the fuck he wants

and no one can Impeach him!! 80% want to stop the War but we just start more!!

NIST came out Today and declared Bldg 7 collapsed from Fire!! I guess if your just the average Tax slave

then you mean absolutely NOTHING to these People!! ZILCH,NADA!

  • Jimmy your the best

  • ★★★★!

  • Way to go Jimmy!

  • wpooooooooooooooooot jimmy!

  • There's a real question here; do the police have the right to break any laws they want to? If not, then who guards the guards?

  • thats a great question

  • Theoretically, no law enforcement officer is any more entitled to break any law than any civilian.

The only time a law may be broken without penalty is during the apprehension of someone for the commission of a more serious offense.

    These are prioritized as follows:

    1) Capital crimes such as murder

    2) Other felonies

    3) Misdemeanors

    4) Civil violations

  • For example, one may be excused for parking in the middle of an intersection (civil violation) to arrest a fleeing burglar (misdemeanor or felony), but not for breaking down a locked door (misdemeanor or felony) to issue a traffic ticket (civil violation).

The only exception accepted by the courts has been that, when arresting a felon, police officers may be allowed to initiate the use of force as a defensive measure (ie brandishing a weapon before being threatened with one).

  • A civilian could only do that on his own property in defense of an incursion by the suspect. If not on your own property, you could not use force until confronted by its use, and then you could not escalate the level of force above that with which you are met. (If the suspect punches you, you can hit him back, but you can't pull a knife; If he comes at you with a baseball bat, you can't shoot him.)

  • that varies depending on which state u live in.

  • Looks like they parked out from the curb to give a fire engine room. There need only be room to connect the fire hose (they do stretch a ways). The truck does not have to be directly in from of the hydrant in an emergency.

  • according to the same laws the traffic cops use to write summonses to civilians, a vehicle must be more than 15 feet from the fire hydrant.

  • like who? I mean seriously... what civil servant is going to arrest him when they themselves are breaking the law?

It would be pure gold to see one try it. This isn't Animal Farm where some are "more equal" than others.

    Get your eyes checked, SEC

  • Even if the cop has a "side to the story". It is still illegal. If someone is driving an expecting mother about to give birth and breaks the law, the cops give them a ticket. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • you understand the separation of powers. The cop should follow them to the hospital and issue the speeding ticket there, so as not to delay the emergency transportation. It is then up to the judge to dismiss it on grounds of a valid reason for committing the violation. If the cop doesn't issue the ticket, he is playing judge.

  • omg i was using that as an example if you want something specific then lets say, some one is running away from a hitman and is chasing him and he runs out of gas so he leaves his car in the middle of an intersection and the victim gets a ticket when he looses the hitman and comes back to his car.... happy? geez

  • my previous comment still applies.

  • omfg kid you dont give up do you? let me make this MORE specific then possible. First of all if she has a side of the story, it doesnt matter because she is just a parking enoforcement officer not a "go and arrest the bad guys" cop. shes not going to put the sirens for a double-parked person. Second of all the police dont care about what a citizen's situation or "side of the story" (as you said) is. They'll give you a ticket and wont care. Also stop commenting there is a reason it has a limit...

  • i love all the "get a job loser who has time for this bs" comments...lol

  • who is the other guy with the camera?

  • They should be ticketed after the fact, afterall it is on video. But instead of doing the right thing the boss pigs let it slide. Because they are criminal scum.

  • Is it legal for a community service officer to park in a no parking zone for none emergency causes just to go into the grocery store to buy groceries in the state of Florida?

  • Jimmy Justice FOR USA PRESIDENT! I will vote for you!

  • We need an Irish Jimmy Justice =Z,

    Jimmy your a hero!

  • This is the right way to fight police state. Power to the people.

  • Jimmy Justice is the man! How much you wanna bet that the cops will magically find a ton of heroin in his house one of these days to shut him up..

  • Many of these cowards write out tickets to property owners for spent condoms left on the sidewalk by prostitutes. They should cite these prostitutes, oh wait, they are most likely their mothers working the streets!

  • your on a roll jj the jet plain, oops i mean JimmyJustice4753.

  • An I totally agree with you she was totally wrong for parking at the hydrant. However admit the story can still have a journalistic slant. There might have been a vehicle parked in that space behind her when she pulled up. If there wasn't a vehicle there when she pulled up then she just a plain Scofflaw.

  • The only thing slanted was her parking!

  • Ok I see. However the law is still 15 feet away not 12. Easy way to beat the ticket take pictures show it to the judge ticket dismissed. Always works for me. Again they might belong to the same union as the Traffic Agents, but I ask you when was the last time you got or saw a Sanitation officer giving out a ticket for something besides a Sanitation related issue? In my case I've never seen it. They are the last people you need to be getting on. But stick it to Traffic Cops all day Jimmy!!

  • An please let me know how and when you got a ticket from a Sanitation cop for parking by a hydrant.

  • I cant remember the last time i got a ticket for blocking a hydrant. I am very careful.About 10 years ago I got a hydrant ticket, I thought I was far enough away. The ticket said I was 12 feet away when I should have been 15 feet away.

  • The only thing sanitation police do is enforce the sanitation law. You'll get a ticket if you block street sweepers for no good reason as well you should. I've had my car battery die on me, was out there with my car and had the hood up, which you are suppose to do. The Sanitation cop said ok and kept going. Sanitation cops aren't nasty. So tell me Jimmy Justice what traffic laws are Sanitation suppose to enforce?

  • Regardless of the main duties of a sanitation officer, just like anyone else they should never block a hydrant.

  • Great sutff as always. Look forward to more!

  • Ah ok I'm not on the cop's side, I have gotten my share of made up tickets from nasty traffic agents. I've beat them all cause the reasons they are handed out are flimsy. One problem that was a Sanitation cop. They don't issue tickets for blocking hydrants, she's not a traffic agent.

  • actually sanitation officers do issue parking tickets, although they usually issue alternate side tickets, but they can issue any type of parking ticket. The sanitation and traffic enforcement have the same union, cwalocal-1182.

  • TWO BITCHES BUSTED IN A ROW!

  • here's an idea "jimmy Justice" Instead of picking on the working man(who usually are minorities who you are filming hmmm,) who get their orders and pressure to write summonses from the top. Go after city councilmen and the moyor detail. Let's see if you have the balls, i bet you won't go after the council or white enforcers.

  • Damn. I would hate to be her. Even Charles Manson would hate be her.

  • great that you got on the news with this

  • She is full of poop flushing toilets all day on her beat.

  • GJ 4 JUSTICE!

  • Jimmy Justice ROCKS!

I just read today about a guy in England that was arrested and held overnight (later charges dropped) because he did what Jimmy Justice does.

We must protect our freedom and stand up to tyranny!

    Bust the pigs!

  • Way to go Jimmy. You are a real American hero, not these bullshit meter-maids. I'd like to do the same thing here, but I live in a small town, and if I cought the cops fucking up, I'd get fucked up. Keep fighting the good fight bro, we're all behind you.

  • y ist always fat black chicks

  • Thats what I been saying! Black again....And fat! I have to add that from now on.

  • Perks Of The Job...

  • maybe they sould send her out on foot she could use a LITTLE exercise

  • theyre days of running around like a cowboy are over! >:)

  • It's always a black officer.

  • actually it is always a fat person, race isn't a factor but the circumfrence of their butt is :)

  • lol

  • Who's the secondary camera guy

  • Reuters News Service?

  • Reuters. German news.

  • your videos are great and you put a good message out there that hopefully makes cops think a second time before going and breaking the law

  • Another fat black lady cop....hahaha. They clearly don't have to follow the rules...they are the stars in a large percentage of your videos.

  • keep up the good work!

  • You rock Jimmy!

  • jimmy you are awsome! you have inspire dme and now i tape cops every time i see a cop breaking the law

    Thanks so much!

  • dude you rock

  • Jimmy you rock, you speak for the little man!

  • BTW, I love your videos man. Come down to Ocala sometime, the cops here are just as bad.

  • I've never heard of a "sanitation" officer. Do they shovel shit or something?

  • thye just write summonses to those who dont shovel it.

  • A guy in the uk took a photo like you do of a police car doing something illegal and he was looked up for assault! its in the news at the moment. scary how they can do that.
