@SunnyAyy Riven is my go to melee champ even after the nerf. The nerf was just her health regen as with her shield people found it tough to take her out. She is still a lot of fun to play and can stand toe to toe with MOST melee or tanky champs

I disagree with your build... Should've gotten cooldown boots, bloodthirster, youmuu's blade and frozen mallet. Also, even if E is good for dodging get stun when you are lvl4 so you can attack the enemy, stun them, and attack again. Oh and btw her ulti is not hard to use

In my opinion, there are no op champions, there are some infuriating ones (like tryn) but none that cannot be stopped or countered. There is never a champion that if you see in the loading screen you know that you are going to lose. Unless you have a ryze on your team... in that case you will lose. everytime

bro no... shes really OP. And I say that cuz i own her and played tons of games. Her greatest power is in very early game , though she does get extremely tough to kill in late game. Though your build is not right either: first u go for Doran shield or blade, then Vampiric scepter, then the brutalizer, phage and boots. There, u got ur core. Then items very much depent on how good you are doing. So at the end u will have CDR boots, Ghostblade, Atma's, Warmog's, Froren Mallet and Blood Thirster.

@myasscom you cant say that he build her wrong, she is strongest early game yes but only after lvl 3-4, you build her tanky late game because her early game starts to fade even if you are fed. how ever she still has massive damage output without offensive items that are not hex drinker, wriggles or frozen mallet. the main problem with her is if she gets killed at a low level, then she is so hard to pull back. however like most 1500 elo + they care at start and start to unleash her power at lvl 4

Trinity Force is actually a bad item for riven. The item itself is good but its cost is WAY too big to be effective since there is a few stats what riven can't use, mana and ap for example. You could rather buy a warmog and then atmas to make yourself really bulky and get some nice damage, after that you could get a last whisper if they got a lot of armor or just a bloodthirster. A hexdrinker early on is actually good also. :3

@MerodocWeb Hmpf, well. I run with trinity force, movement speed quints and force of nature and defensive spec on her, and doing GREAT on her (25/28 wins so far, although they're all normal ;( ). This build is built up to being able to sell my boots and pick up something better. even though trinity force is NOT the best item, it still has it's uses and is defenitly better than boots if you still got enough movement speed. And my defensive spec gives me reduced cc so I won't need tenacity badly.

@Turijakobas If you're thinking more useful to a team, probably Riven since she has an AoE stun, and can soak up a lot of damage with her shield, but if you're looking for just personal giggles, due to his darting movement, and troll worthy ultimate, Fizz is probably better for more fun. @ThatsFunkedUp he was building wriggles, cdr boots, brutalizer into trin force, but I would say bloodthirster is far superiour - trin force isnt that good on her, a lot of wasted effects. definitely build wriggles and brutalizer first (and boots of course, merc treads if they have heavy cc).

@stereotonic Uhm, Trinity force works wonders on her, Bloodthirster does her good as well but sadly, infinity edge is much better. life steal isn't very good with her seeing that non of her abilities apply on hit effects and she is pretty pathetic as far as head on combat goes she is made to use her abilities and be in combat just enough to unload her passive and then you can valor out and repeat once you've cooled down. :D also the trinity force is much better damage wise and for most builds :P
