You can argue the whole they made the song their own but its in the name of the song RUN to the hills not make a slow crawl to the hills this band would have been more suited for say Fear of the Dark not Run to the Hills.

holy god...STOP FUCKEN COMPLAINING!! this band tries to cover a legendairy band and everyone thinks they suck. true, the vocalist sounds like an emo-punk singer, but the entire band is trying to prove that some bands can cover great songs. if you cant enjoy the song when its done by another band, dont listen to the covered song. really, its become absolutly rediculous. try to appreciate the band's style and the way that style integrates its self into the song they cover.

I hate this version of such an epic song. Run To The Hills was written to be a fast song, as in its original version, not a pussy-ass fucking emo song. Grats to them for making it in their own style, but it is desecrating holy ground.

@major092 good for them they made their own way but the thing is that they killed the song. if there is one thing i know about doing a cover for a song u shouldn't dramatically change the rhythm and the pace of the song. they totally didn't think twice before they do a cover up like that; especially covering a song from a legendary band that influenced and inspired hundreds or possibly thousands of musicians. that's totally gay.

you guy are ridiculous, the first sign of an unintelligent person is the lack of an open mind. this is a great cover if the goal is to see the genius of iron maiden in an entirely new light. i bet iron maiden loves it. tho it pales in comparison to the original, this song is still portrayed with the emotions it deserves. and all in all is an interestingly great direction to take such an amazing song. if you want RTTH heavy, go find another bands cover.
