  • You people that think the firetruck has to stop you are full of shit cause the always have the right away

  • @firemanjosh33 And nobody should have been driving anywhere in that weather.

  • It's called "Right of Way" every emergency vehicle with its emergency lights on has the right of way at intersections no matter what, they also have these transmitters that change every light red except the side the are approaching (they are called Opticom Emitters)

  • Wouldn't you want the fire crew to get to you quickly if you had an emergency? Sad part is people don't even pay attention they have radio on,defroster/heater on and probably deep in thought so they don't even hear or see trucks .

  • Have to say those fire vehicles were driven very sensibly considering the conditions well done

  • I don't mean to be bashing anyone, but why didn't this engine come to a complete stop for a red light? You endangered your crews life and the publics life.

  • @FFfeiter Cause the engine had the premption

  • @FFfeiter iit warned other drivers with its siren

  • @FFfeiter

It's your type that should be taken out back and shot.

Slow Engine + Loud Siren = Everyone Knew He Was Coming

You on the other hand .. not much common sense aye?

  • @FFfeiter fire trucks are not required to stop at a red light

  • @FFfeiter emergency vehicles have automatic right-of-way

  • @parkinglotpedro wrong, they don't. if that engine were to have hit someone going through that red light, the department and its personal driving would be help responsible.

  • @gibbymcgibson If the engine would have hit someone it would have the other vehicle's fault because the engine had a green light.

  • @FFfeiter You don't have to completly stop in the middle of an intersection.. theres somthing we have called an Air Horn and it makes people move out of the way. You slow way the hell down... but you don't stop... pluse if he did try chances are the slow made him slide so he went on through..

  • @FFfeiter all emergency vehicles have the right away at an intersection. if your responding code3 then pd, fd, and EMS can blow right through an intersection. sirens clear the traffic to the side. if they were endangering their crew and the public dont you think maybe they would be doing that EVERY SINGLE DAY>??

  • @MesaCountyFireRescue I disagree with you, numerous emergency personal are injured and killed evert year in accidents where they have the "right of way", and those sirens that -clear traffic to the side- don't clear traffic to the side. At a red light, all emergency vehicles are to come to a complete stop, at least thats what I've always been taught, because if they were to get hit/ hit someone, they are the ones at fault because they didn't not have the green light thus having the right of way,

  • @FFfeiter Don't listen to what these people say, your right, they did endanger themselves and others. They should have technically come to a compete stop before preceding through the intersection.

  • @gibbymcgibson The engine had a green light.

  • @FFfeiter Also he had his siren and air horns going. The cars could clearly hear him coming.

  • what was the 1st siren?

  • @4106650464 Federal Signal PA300

  • @rrobertsnot5150 I may think it's a newer Whelen.
