So good to see carla still doing her thang... I remember her back at musicians Institute back in 84 we use to hang everyday.. she's a great person and a great drummer... so proud of her.

It appears that I have become a fan of Autolux at a good time as there new album is bound to come out really soon....well lets hope anyways. Future Perfect is one of the most refreshing albums I recently stumbled across.

It's harder to find out about good bands than it used to be. I don't think I've ever heard an Autolux song on the radio.

I saw them play at the Casbah in San Diego a few months ago. They put on an OK show, they seemed tired. But Carla IS AMAZING at the drums (and vocals)! I love Autolux so much. There are so few bands that sound like them.

Well if she was my girlfriend she would be THE most beautiful girl on the planet.... ;) I really just absolutely love her drumming. It's so creative yet simple. Effortless syncopation. The way the rest of the band plays off of it is just perfect too. These guys need to tour already.

i really like how she makes the drums and intimate instrument. most drummers are very robotic and its all just rythmn, but she actualy creates some feeling when she drums.

just as much as the vocals guitar and bass in my opinion.

i really enjoy her style.
