  • haha what a dipshit don't resist arrest. tase the whiny little bitch too. Good job police

  • Comment removed

  • after the incident the man had a seizure, and was then refused medical treatment.

  • Police officers are really turning into mindless robots who like to use weapons on other human beings. Welcome to Nazi Germany.

  • @TheDolphinFrequency It's nothing like Nazi Germany, How dare you compare the two, you don't know what it's like to be in Nazi Germany, you'd call current day America a Utopia as opposed to Nazi Germany if you were being the protestor.

  • I was laughing at the fat cow in the back "He wasn't being violent!" Cry about it, bitch. He was physically resisting arrest. He deserved to be tased.

  • nice vid

  • HAHAHA.....dumbasses Occupy bums.....they want a job but never mention work....

  • Its called resisting arrest. Resisting arrest is illegal in the United States of America. You faggot poor hippies should occupy a shower instead.. you guys smell like shit and do nothing but give cops over-time. Fags.

  • @H1mynameisLarry

Reading comments here, many of you make me so sick. You do think that you can brutalize others just because they look cheap, dont' you?

I suppose none of you here is a millionaire not talking about billion. How will those rich people look at you when you are teased? One day. LOL.

  • @79bbm But that's not even the point, they aren't getting brutalized, everything i see in the American occupy that's called "brutality" is bullshit, it's not brutality if you break a law first, these guys on the streets are so fucking stupid because they are blinded by their ignorance, and no, in this situation ignorance would not be strength for the occupiers.

  • @Evenwas616

Which law did he break to be arrested and teased?

    Have you read your constitution?

No wonder why in the us people just want to kill each other when they disagree. Call them commies and then they deserve to die. Dog eat dog world, isn't it?

  • @79bbm (Read all before response) Yes i have read the constitution. Anyone who wasn't there can determine a concrete conclusion to what happened, he could have done something previous and the cops thought he was a threat and that's why they all homed in on him. But, also it could have been for other reasons, if you're looking at it and start to say Police Brutality, well he resisted arrest in the first place no matter what the cause, so he screwed that up.

  • @79bbm Well, anyone resisting arrest is breaking the law in the United States of America. Rich or poor, hippy or normal.

  • Comment removed

  • @H1mynameisLarry

It's clear. What about illegal arrests? Any cop has been charged because of that during the occupy? None. I dare any police to arrest a super rich without court warrant. That is what is wrong with the morden US.

  • @79bbm Dude, all the videos uploaded are by hippies. They edit videos and ONLY show the ending/conclusion of a situation. They rarely upload the full footage so its very misleading. Only an uneducated person would judge a video by just watching the ending. Cop don't have to arrest anyone super rich because they wouldn't join the occupy faggot hippies. They have better stuff to do and stuff to do.. Sorry..

  • @H1mynameisLarry

No no. I'm sorry for you being heavily brainwashed. Uneducated person would judge a video by just watching the ending, or judge by getting information only from one side which is corporate controlled main stream media. ;)

  • @79bbm Hmm.. the news are the ones only showing the ending and conclusions and NEVER the whole clip.. Some media is probably on the side with hippies.. How are you going to judge a video by just the ending? I seen so many videos where I thought the cops were at the wrong for punching/pushing/shooting at hippies and other people on Youtube then the FULL footage released and i completely changed my mind. Do not judge a video by the ending. Hippies are so desperate, they mislead people like you.

  • pikaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa chuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

yea, nice toy, I don't mind if you play it with your colleagues

  • 0:20 LoL

  • who is blowing the rape whistle???????

  • This shouldn't be happening. This is not the point of these protest, right? We are not fighting against each other. Remember the 99% thing. The police are only trying to do their job because they have to make the mortgage payment and feed their children. Hell,I am willing to bet that most of them hate paying high taxes and working a shitty job. They are the 99%, just like the protesters.

  • Well done. At least the US police knows how to deal with smelly good-for-nothing hippies

  • i love when they taser him. EVERYONE IS A LAWYER. WHO THE HELL WOULD HIRE THESE DIRTY SMELLY PEOPLE

  • @ringer350 so you love that? bet you must have ther smallest weiner one can imagine =)

  • good job officers! Thats one less jobless hippie cunt that we have to deal with

  • @ukillnub201 you do realize they don't kill them and they release them into the wild again?...

  • keep up he good work officers

  • Whoever started this video is very obviously ignorant of the law. He was being disorderly, and thus was charged, and you dont have to be read your rights to be placed under arrest. Im sick of these ignorant protesting hippies, they all think that they are untouchable and benevolent, but the truth is that they are jobless hippies with nothing better to do but campout and push against law enforcement just to see if they can get a lawsuit so they dont have to work, Its pathetic. Go get a job...scum

  • I would also like to point out that his rights were not read to him, and under federal law, if he asks why he is being detained, the officer that arrested him is obliged to tell him, and if he asks why he was tased, he has to be told.

  • did anyone else think the cop who tased him was cute?

  • They prey on the weak because they fear the strong!

  • This is not freedom. This is called tyranny.

  • i like to see you so called white people being treated like slaves its called pay back!!!

  • @gmsisraelinphoenix You were never a slave so shut the fuck up.

  • FUCKING SWINE!

  • Where's the first part? Are we supposed to take his word for it that he did nothing wrong. How do we know he didn't just rape a baby? I assume if he did nothing you wouldn't have edited it this way. I hate the police state, but only a little bit more than these idiots.

  • @bosshog7169 He was alleged to have taken down signs announcing that overnight camping would no longer be tolerated.

  • @Liberty4Ever

Well if the govt is going to rob me to pay for these parks, I would kind of like the hobos to get out. And what's happening tomorrow that the camera guy is so excited about?

  • @bosshog7169 I'm not a big fan of the hippie love-in camp-in-the-park protest, but to each his own. I do think the Occupy crowd is starting to ask the right questions, and even though it's not a very efficient process, they're slowly converging on the right answers. The problem isn't capitalism, it's crony capitalism (corrupt business and corrupt government). It's not all of Wall Street, but the big banks are killing us through their anti-free-market cartel. We need to end The Fed.

  • Freaks

  • Disgusting hogs.

  • Shouldn't have resisted :/

  • Thank God for the cops. I'm glad the punks in the park got theirs because they made the area around McPherson Square unsafe for normal people.

    It's about damn well time.

  • haha, needed more tazzing

  • Clean up the trash in McPherson Square!

  • Tase him baby!

  • If that Anyone (cops included) is assaulting you without provokation and attempting to detain you you legally have to give them one waring and attempt to flee and then you are lawfully allowed to open fire. Why you hippies don't like guns remains a mystery to me.

  • @ZIYR0 Because if they use guns, they die, they probably know that.

  • @Evenwas616 If that guy had a .44 anaconda with a laser sight in an open holster that cop might think twice before abusing her power.

  • @ZIYR0 Yeah, you're right, she would have shot him first.

  • @ZIYR0 with the recoil for that gun, he would be lucky to get one shot off at all, it's not a movie when it comes to guns, you don't have 10 seconds before you make a move, if the guy did have a weapon, they would have had their guns drawn when they approached him.

  • @Evenwas616 But they didn't, did they? By the way don't lecture me on the statistics of that particular gun, I've used it. And if you don't like the anaconda get a springfield xd or something my point is that the cop was in the wrong and you liberals STILL don't like guns.

  • @ZIYR0 They didn't pull a gun on him because he didn't have a gun in hand, i bet at least one of those officers could draw faster than him and kill him in time if that was the case, but it wasn't the case so they wouldn't handle it as it he had one, he didn't reach for one or anything so they didn't use that procedure. I believe that the the protestor resisted for whatever reason he was arrested, and no by the way i'm a conservative.

  • @Evenwas616 She was overstepping her job description, on a legal level he is required to make an attempt to flee and give her one warning, By the way they aren't allowed to arrest you for resisiting arrest, And maybe if these Hippies got there shit together that cop could have been fired and possibly jailed, this protest is a PR scam by some communist union workers and college students who feel the need to "stick it to the man" Well If the whole dispute was filmed and the cops DID shoot him...

  • @Evenwas616 ... They would loose their PR, whoever has the best PR wins in this kind of thing, Until bullets start flying in both directions any struggle in the world will be based on PR.

  • @ZIYR0 given a chance to flee with warning? Have you ever seen that happen? a chance to flee, well that's resisting arrest and either way if what you said is true, he did not give a warning, so it is legal for what she did because since he said nothing about a warning he was just resisting and since he was resisting, he got a taser in his back.

  • @Evenwas616 No she was not lawfully arresting him, he had the right to resist, just like if she wasn't a cop and just a normal person, If he had a GUN he would have to give her one warning and an attempt to flee, then he has the right to open fire, whether shes a cop or not.

  • @ZIYR0 Did you know that you can get charged in a court of law for resisting arrest, the way you put it is as if this is modern warfare as of the 1700's, how does he have a right to open fire at all? So if i went up to you and since you're saying it doesn't matter if i'm a police officer or not, so if i was a citizen, i could just go up to you and you being another citizen, So you come up to me and i say "Hey, i have a gun, don't come closer, run now."...continued...

  • @ZIYR0 Then because you don't flee, i can kill you? So is there a time limit on this? Because then i would be able to say, HEY I HAVE A GUN, in a second, then you'd be like OH SHIT, then i could kill you? if this was an officer, does that make it fair? It's not how it functions, the police officer is not the one that should back down at all because they enforce the law, i could easily pull a gun on an officer, wait until his body reacts and shoot him and i could tell the same thing in court.

  • @ZIYR0 You don't shoot an officer, It's not how the law says it works, maybe a strange town in Alaska, but not generally.

  • @Evenwas616 No I like most cops and what most cops do and I don't go around shooting at them what I'm saying is is that this guy would have been within his rights.

  • @ZIYR0 If the cops win in a shootout and the guy is still alive but disarmed, does this mean that once they come up to him, that he can give THEM a warning and run away until they give him one reason why he is arrested? If that's true, then he could just say the whole time that he couldn't hear the police in court and get away with it just because it wasn't kept on record and it is Hearsay without record?

  • @Evenwas616 You're overthinking it.

  • Comment removed

  • stupid protestor

  • Thats what you get when you walk around in public with dorky pyjamas

  • Fascist pigs.

  • @nosdog666 It's not Fascist, Fascism is a completely different type of government, if you relate the police officers to the SS they would still be completely different, for police, they aren't targeting you because of your ethnicity or your mental state, they do not take you in the woods and shoot you, they do not take you to camps (no, jail cells are nothing similar to what it was like), they don't burn you in giant coffins, they don't even look for you because you guys are coming to them.

  • @nosdog666 Either way, it's the protestors that are completely disobeying the law intentionally and causing problems to society, not major ones, but still problems.

  • @Evenwas616 It is in the constitution that one has the right to protest. The police are breaking the constitution by preventing that. Who is the worse one here?

  • @MiKenning The constitution does not support violence in a protest, it is against it, it supports the laws that are placed, it supports freedom of speech, but you guys think Assualt, trespassing, resisting arrest, refusing to move when instructed to do so by an officer, assisting someone that is being arrested, destruction of public property and private property and avoiding evictions are all within' the constitution, no they are not.

  • @MiKenning The police are doing their job, there shouldn't be a problem with it, I COULD tell you how to protest Peacefully instead of what you call Peacefully which in my words is violent. It's beyond simple, you guys just don't seem to get what you can and cannot do, it's as if someone tells you there is a line you cannot cross, so you then cross it and say there was no line.

  • @Evenwas616 Which law are they disobeying exactly? Oh right, the laws you creeps pull out of your ass on the spot.

  • @Evenwas616 "You"? I am not an OWS protestor. I don't even live in the USA, you dumb cunt.

  • @analtechcorp I've looked up EVERY video, it's the movement that causes the problem, if you aren't in the US, why would you even get into this, it has nothing to do with you. It is Public property, yes, is it their property? No, it isn't theirs, it's government owned and for them to choose, if you can get evicted from a park, Setting up tents in a park isn't even allowed, it's against the park rules and i see tents everywhere.

  • @analtechcorp Warrants are for searching and entering homes, does public property look like a home? if there was a shootout and the cops won because he ran out of ammo and killed 3 people, a police officer goes up to him, then he asks if you have a warrant. Are you kidding me? it's not how it works at all, they cause a crime, you arrest them, Probable cause is how you can arrest someone, i can now tell you aren't from the US because you don't even know what a warrant does.

  • @analtechcorp Occupy is all over the world anyway, you don't have to be in the US to support it either though, there is Occupy everywhere, they aren't a major threat because of this but they are everywhere.

  • @analtechcorp Sometimes, i correct myself, yes warrants can at sometimes be for arrests, but for the situation, it doesn't apply.

  • @analtechcorp You're right that publicly protest is legal, and i have told you over and over, you can't call committing all those crimes, or even one crime while protesting, Legal. It is immediately marked illegal if you are improperly protesting, it's tough shit if you don't agree, but it's how the world turns.

  • @analtechcorp There is a way to not be arrested while protesting, so easy a caveman can do it, don't assault anyone, do not trespass, if you are being arrested do not resist or move at all, you aren't going to a death camp so don't struggle, if an officer tells you that you have to move then just move elsewhere and protest at the same time, assisting someone who is being arrested, That's a crime, don't assist someone who's being arrested...

  • @Evenwas616 I can show you plenty of videos of people being arrested at OWS protests who were on public streets and never assaulted anyone. Cops just randomly pull them out of the crowd and arrest them. They pepper spray them without reason too.You are a lying scumbag.

  • @analtechcorp Destroying property public or private, just don't go ape shit and break windows or spraying paint, using public items like a trash can as a shield, i would not do that if i were you, if you are evicted, YOU MOVE, don't stand still and complain that it's public property when the property owner tells you to leave, you've been evicted, get off. That's all you have to do, but you guys won't even consider what i said and you're going to complain again aren't you?

  • @Evenwas616 It may be illegal to "sleep" somewhere, but to jsut be somehwere on planet earth, espacially at a park, its perfectly okay, it has nothing to do with the law, its just common sense, and people who say the police are right, are allowing stuff liek this to happen, their authority is overridding the natural rights and will of ahuman being standing, alienating nautrality

  • @StuckInTheSky0 Yeah, it's fine, you can't place tents on public property though and these protestors have homes, hell, they have hotels they can sleep in for a good portion of them. It's their property, we shouldn't tamper with what they do with their property, just because it is a public park, it doesn't mean it's ours, that means the public bathrooms are ours too, are they ours? No, someone owns it and LETS the public roam around on it because they can, it could be private property.

  • @StuckInTheSky0 We're lucky that parks Exist at all and aren't private property, so please, don't think that just because it is open to the public that it means you can take it over, have respect for the person that allowed this to happen or the people that allowed this to happen.

  • @Evenwas616 All respect, sir, but this is nature, so fuck you.

  • @StuckInTheSky0 Yeah well, this is humane nature.

  • @Evenwas616 Well what would YOU do. you have a choice between fear and love

  • @StuckInTheSky0 I don't understand the question, please specify on what you mean by that?

  • @StuckInTheSky0 sorry, human nature.

  • @Evenwas616 Public park is public property. The people own it and not some dbag corp.

  • @Evenwas616 Oh Yea, you should also know that arresting someone without warrant is also a crime. Public protest is a right and not a crime, go look it up.

  • What if this kid had heart problems? Everything changes once someone dies at the hands of these goons. March 5th 1770 solidified everyone, including the loyalists.

  • HAHAHAHAH GETS TAZED YOU FUCKEN HIPPIE ASS HOE. LOL

  • she was psychologically hellbent on using that tazer on him......

  • In other countries, doing shit like that results in BOTTLES, STONES & COCKTAILS being hurled at the cops.

    AMERICA WAKE UP.

  • The cop was cleary in the wrong. She seemed determined to use the taser regardless of what he did. The training of officers seems way below standard here. To go into a group of people and use force like this only asks for problems. It also makes me wonder however, if this tactic was approved before it happened. The officers could have received a message from HQ to make a stand and show the the DC police mean business. Either way, not a great day for policing in this country.

  • sad.. really sad

  • I'd like to buttfuck that little bitch pig

  • Those cops are total dipshits but come on man, you don't resist a pack of wild pigs, it put them into a frenzy

  • our public servants hard at work

  • always tazoring people

  • fuckin american police

  • I would be ashamed if one of those (and many other) brainwashed cops was my parent . The paid mercenaries to tear peoples awakening by striking fear into us .

  • @karatsioras If they were my parents I would disown them, seriously, I would. They are not human but robotrons programmed by the corporate machine.

  • The police have done something wrong.

  • I'm beginning to think this incident might be staged. Like, why would they have two females and one male cop take him down when there was a bunch more male cops there too? Doesn't add up.

  • @analtechcorp Yeah I was wondering about that. It doesn't look right having chick cops. They can't join the force here in New Zealand. Males only. I would have thought that a modern country like the US would follow the same sort of guidelines?

  • @shoutatthesky LOL New ZEALAND LOL jajajajajajajajajajaj Perfect

  • @shoutatthesky Female cops is ok, it is just suspect that they get two semi-hot frail female cops to take the guy down and taze him when there were a number of male cops around that could have easily overpowered him without using the tazer. Very suspicious IMO.

  • LOL

  • Other countries dont like you because your leaders and military are always lying and murdering indiscriminately. What makes it right to kill innocent people in Iraq, who never did anything to the USA,or Afghanistan who never did anything to the USA,or Libya who never did anything to the USA,or (next) Iran who never did anything to the USA, etc etc.The FEMA camps are there because if the people rise up against the (mis)leaders of your country then the brainwashed military and police will kill them.

  • The 1 percent have ruled over the 99 percent since ancient times they have all the knowledge kept away. god bless don't fear anything

  • That 1 percent rules the whole system since ancient times and the 99 percent have been slaves

  • He did not do anything that was harmful to others those cops were very cowardly and unlawful to tazer and arrest that guy. Cops work for us the people. Think about were our future is foing. Shows how much were not free and we are ruled by evil.

  • SS

  • Haha. Gon' head DCPD

  • that was just plain cold-hearted in my opinion.but maybe i am not seeing the whole picture. a guy in pajamas, holding his hands up is a terrorist eh?

  • @shoutatthesky ur crime as u call it is calling some1 black which is what the african americans have adopted as there own,i dont think the ppl who u call black would like it i think it would offend them,as 4 racism thats to simple to think whites use it only with blacks all nations there name calling and beliefs is what is used and in return there called names, when u look at the history of racism its not a big thing with the average ppl when they came 2 other countries its not until the crowns &

  • @lastpoet1 They call themselves "blacks" so why wud it be racist for me to call them black? Many, especially the young, Maoris will do anything US black culture does. They have the same music, they beat their kids and wives just like the blacks in america too. They make up 12% of the population and over 50% of prison inmates so that is another thing in common with the worlds other BLACKs.

  • @shoutatthesky but ur talking about the lost ones all nations have them so should we all be called black cause of a group in a race?and all ppl of color has that with prisons here in canada its 60% of my ppl native americans, australia the Aboriginal ect,its a cause of being a 2nd class person in ur own country

  • Comment removed

  • @lastpoet1 Once again you are talking like the situation in the US/ Canada is representative of how it is in the rest of the world. "Black" is not considered a racist term here so don't take it that way. My skin is far from white (more light light brown) but I accept it as a way of differentiating my skin colouring from those of african or polyniesian genetics.

Are blacks considered 2nd class citizens by everyone in your country?

  • @shoutatthesky Some don't like being called black because black is associated with evil and white is associated with good. Go watch some old westerns and the good guy wears white and the bad guy wears black.

  • @shoutatthesky i did not no that about being called black i will have to ask my nz friends, but as 4 ur question no there not there is not many in canada its native americans who r 2nd class and sorry i can't accept or bow down to pressure to call a person what they arnt or what they hate being called

  • So, what should they wear when we taze them, lol? Dumb hippies.

  • Comment removed

  • CHE MERDE!!!! ALWAYS ACAB!!!

  • If I was a normal american cop, I would be SO ASHAMED about the actions of this kind of collegues.

  • Buh bye. lol.

  • The police don't defend your freedom, they defend the system. They are but dogs of the dominant order.

However, don't make the mistake in thinking the police or government are your enemy. They are only the enemy's shadow, big business and corporate America are the ones calling the shots. The real enemy is on Wall Street.

  • No American citizen should be tazered and arrested for doing nothing violent or harmful to others. The cops work for us. This is very unlawful.

  • That tazer cop was pretty sexy though ;) she can taze me any day.

  • HAHA!! I love watching these occupy losers getting tased. You occupy faggots need to get a life and a job.

  • @Xostrich12X Looked at your page and it was just as I thought, just another dumbass kid.

  • Thank You DC Cops, You should TAZE more of these scums . . Dam Leeches of Society

  • @CubanExile How are we "Leeches of Society"? Our rights and freedoms are slowly being stripped away from us every single day. Our countries debt is at a nonstop rise. Our so called "leaders" are passing bills behind our backs. Oh, but the minute we start to fight back we become Leeches? Well fuck maybe we should sit back and watch America fall to Communism if we are just "leeches" to everyone. Maybe that's what it will take for you ignorant ass holes to open your fucking eyes.

  • @TurboCrafter1 Socialist PIGS. Young angry spoiled youth. Yea times are tuff, but this is not the ANSWER. You look like little pissed of kids who don't bathe or shave. Your also destroying OUR park. GTFO, go stand infront of the WHITE HOUSE, OBAMAS HOUSE, not here . . . .

  • @CubanExile Fist of all, what is not the answer? Peaceful protest? That's all we have done. Would you rather us protest peacefully of just go in their and kill innocent citizens to prove a point. I am pretty sure you know the answer to that one. Secondly, not everyone looks like that guy. He is the first person I've seen in that condition. I'm not saying other people aren't disgusting like him. I'm saying majority aren't. Lastly, explain to me how we are spoiled? I want to hear this.

  • @CubanExile Fuck off troll.

  • @analtechcorp Well hell I better fuck of then, cause with a name like ANAL tech Corp you obvious KNOW SHIT. LOL I bet ur a fag. Try this go fuk urself. Keep me posted insect.

  • @CubanExile Troll fail.

  • @analtechcorp Your an insect a leech, One who wants OTHERS to take care of you. You want another to provide for you, You want what is not yours taken from others and given to you. LEECH FAIL

  • @CubanExile /ignore mode engaged

  • @analtechcorp WINNING ! !

  • it was justified, cop tries to stop the guy in which he continues to be disorderly and unwilling to stop. The other cops came in and grabbed him, and he tried to run, i would had tasered also.

  • @MCsempfi By that logic why didn't they pistol whip him, or just shoot him below the waste, the dangers of tasers and what they do to a persons heart is not healed later, their heart can be damaged for life. He had no weapon and was not threatening, but I know the world you want for your children is with cameras on every corner and a chip in everybody, they'll be raised to love their servitude.
