yes !! I wouldn't call it SLBM (Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile) though.

India test fired K4 Hypersonic Boost Glide Missile from an underwater pontoon, last year and more tests are on its way. Land version of K4 or Agni II prime was test fired recently and more tests, we are going to see.

India's another Submarine launched Hypersonic Glide Missile - K15 is already under production.

Submarine launched Ballistic Missile (SLBM) will be test fired only after Agni V test launch.

sure !! What you see is a 2 stage Agni III technology demonstrator missile, but it will be mass produced with a 3rd STAGE upper mortar and MIRVs or multiple independent reentry vehicles.

Agni III will be produced under 4 variants

for different strategic purposes

Agni III (A) with 3 warheads

Agni III (B) with 12 warheads

Agni III (C) with 2 to 12 warheads

Agni III SLBM with 6 to 12 warheads.

India is also working on Agni V which would have same range like Agni III but heavier payload.
