sooo...It's unsafe to talk on a cell phone while driving, but it's perfectly safe to look through the screen of a video camera while driving?

If you look at about 1:06 to 1:08 the passanger is recording it. No way the driver could be that close to the right window.
well hes and idout my mate died coz of a person on the phone wilst he was driving and killed him wat a twat
