I first heard this song last week, just before our church service started. Where have I been? THIS song is perhaps the most powerful worship song I have ever heard. Who wrote it? Keep it coming. We just came back from the Hillsong Christmas Spectacular here in Sydney, Australia. Revelation Song was sung at the entry of our baby Christ into the Christmas story. It was the highlight and it brought the house down. With His Spirit moving through the gifts given to many of the faithful, many were saved today.
I listen to Pandora, and always loved your music. But today, I wrote down every song I was listening too, because I was in that sweet spot with Jesus, and every song just touched me deeper. I have been so ministered to. I am broken, I am weak, I am right where I am suppose to be, it was the songs Healer and Desert song that touch me deeply. Today, is a pivotal day in my walk with the LORD.. I am able to lay my BURDENS down, know what it looks like to do so.. ♥

My family is spread out around Canada and we have all had difficulty finding a church to attend where there is worship. Every time I watch this video, the presence of God is palpable. At Christmas we were all together and I shared this and several other videos with Kari and the Gateway team - my family was in tears. My dad said it has been a long time since he witnessed an entire worship team actually worshipping. Thank you for sharing this with us and bringing the presence of God into our home.

You know what I love about this. You can tell it's not about her. I see many christian artists put all there "back up singers" in the back and them up front. She has her whole worship squade (sorry team is so cliche lol) up front and you forget about them because they are act like they are with the aduiance. You forget about her and everything and just think of God! Also God gave her talent and those around her to put such a good spine tingling moment together.

Oh yeah i know what you mean. I used to live that life. Them was the good O days of Loving oneself, having fun and living. But, i was an all time fake. Never really did love anyone but, myself. And more likely didn't care about anyone and not even you. I even stole $200 in food stamps from poor family who's kid chunk them out the window. I also laughed and laughed when my friend robbed a girl and punched her in da face as hard as he could.We got away and laughed..

I personally loved the song. I am a Christ follower. But even if I wasn't, I could look at this performance and say, "I liked the song. The musicianship was excellent. And Kari can definitely sing." Or if I didn't like it I could say, "I didn't like the song. I thought the singing and musicianship was horrible." Seeing all the angry responses, I'm wondering if many have even watched the video, or are we just roaming youtube making knee jerk reactions to somebody's theological viewpoint.
Comments on here should be about the song. Not some argument on theology or lack thereof. I can enjoy a rock and roll song without arguing about what is really going on "behind the music". If you like the song, then simply state something here to that effect. If you don't then simply say that you don't. Surely there are better locations than youtube for theological debate. I love Christ, not religion. And roaming you tube and debating religion will not help the cause of Christ. Not responding to a hateful or mean-spirited comment, but instead simply praying for a person, will help that cause. They are angry. An emotion that I can relate to at times. The song and/or all the comments on here caused that emotion. If I respond in kind, what have I done to show anyone the love of Christ? So I will simply pray for them and let Christ change them. You know what I love about this. You can tell it's not about her. I see many christian artists put all there "back up singers" in the back and them up front. She has her whole worship squade (sorry team is so cliche lol) up front and you forget about them because they are act like they are with the aduiance. You forget about her and everything and just think of God! Also God gave her talent and those around her to put such a good spine tingling moment together.

Oh yeah i know what you mean. I used to live that life. Them was the good O days of Loving oneself, having fun and living. But, i was an all time fake. Never really did love anyone but, myself. And more likely didn't care about anyone and not even you. I even stole $200 in food stamps from poor family who's kid chunk them out the window. I also laughed and laughed when my friend robbed a girl and punched her in da face as hard as he could.We got away and laughed..

I personally loved the song. I am a Christ follower. But even if I wasn't, I could look at this performance and say, "I liked the song. The musicianship was excellent. And Kari can definitely sing." Or if I didn't like it I could say, "I didn't like the song. I thought the singing and musicianship was horrible." Seeing all the angry responses, I'm wondering if many have even watched the video, or are we just roaming youtube making knee jerk reactions to somebody's theological viewpoint.

Comments on here should be about the song. Not some argument on theology or lack thereof. I can enjoy a rock and roll song without arguing about what is really going on "behind the music". If you like the song, then simply state something here to that effect. If you don't then simply say that you don't. Surely there are better locations than youtube for theological debate. If you liked the song, great. If you didn't, then say so without getting into an argument.

I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm simply saying that I can enjoy the song without debating somebody about its intentions. I realize that people write and sing music based on their emotions and what they are feeling at the time. And because of that, you cannot separate the two. I love Christ, not religion. And roaming you tube and debating religion will not help the cause of Christ. Not responding to a hateful or mean-spirited comment, but instead simply praying for a person, will help that cause. They are angry. An emotion that I can relate to at times. The song and/or all the comments on here caused that emotion. If I respond in kind, what have I done to show anyone the love of Christ? So I will simply pray for them and let Christ change them. Only he can.
