I saw this used on a Skyrim video's description to deter usage of the word "furry", because the up-loader was playing as a Khajiit, and I agree. Had he specified that it was merely inconceivable to himself (rather than broadly claiming the events' status as generally inconceivable) then he would be using the term correctly, but as it stands no, most of the events he claims to be inconceivable were, in fact very conceivable
