It's interesting how, at low speed and off-throttle, the car actually seems to have a lot of trouble turning. It's probably tuned to rely on massive power-on oversteer and downforce, which is obviously overall for the best, but this does seem to have a visible sacrifice when in the tightest corners.

the other one well it is dangerous but think of it as this, on ice and snow if you miss your grip and crash chances are that you will hit snow and roll over a few metres but in pikes peak if you lose control and fall down chances are that you wont survive

As many objects as the driver ran into, I'm left a bit underwhelmed. Too much unnecessary running off the road as well. Looked more like a stunt driving thrill seeker than a pro racer. Running off the paved areas, losing traction in the dirt probably lost him several seconds. And the fool who monitored the spectators & allowed them to pile up on the most dangerous side should have his head examined. There was little regard for safety in this exhibition. Surprised anyone would be proud of this.

@NISBurning dude that aint true at all i mean yea it helps a ton but you have to have a tuned suspension to take the corners not only on pavement but on dirt as well and the tires have to be just right you cant just say well its 75% pavement ill go with slicks....and without a really skilled driver all the hp in the worl wont matter he wont probly even makit it up the hill. hill climb is not boring by far id rather watch it the left turns for 500 miles
