Man this is the same exact gear i use. Just got the eureka pre amp tho. What's your presets you use on your amp? Cuz i been tryna get it to work on protools. But everytime i record. It limits the shit out of the vocals. I been tryna figure out how to stop it from doing that. I have the micpre running thru an mbox btw.
I have a AT4033c and a Eureka but my vocals are coming out just a bit to rough, do you have a preset to get a good clean smooth sound (rapping/singing)
good shit bro. chgeck out my channel I got beats and i got a littel track I recorded using the same mic but no pic pre..watching this made me wanna get 1 way more tho! haha
@wrjissa86 Im not familiar with that piece of equipment, but I believe it should work ok to get a good clean signal. The rest is really gon be in your mix and master to really produce the sound you wanna hear!!!
Its usually been recommended that you get a seperate microphone pre-amp because the ones that usually come on the interface are not as good. You can buy a cheap microhpone pre-amp just to start with. A dude I know uses a "ART Tube Pre" and he say it works wonders for him, and from the songs Ive heard it does. But like I said in the video, it's all about your mix & master game and maximizing what you have. Aaight dude, thanx for stopping by!!! Hope this helps!!! God Bless!!!

How do you connect the Eureka to your computer? Do you use an interface or just the preamp itself? Answer please, appreciate it.
